I really love the female staff who check me in, she is super kind and also shout out to the India uncle that help me with my luggage up to the second floor. He doesn't have to do it but he is very kind and willing to help me. Overall, I am very pleased staying here due to the staff service and how convenient it is to reach national stadium by walking"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed for 4 nights during my trip to Singapore and it was a truly satisfying experience. The biggest advantage is definitely the location. It's just a few minutes' walk to Orchard Road and close to Orchard MRT, which made shopping and sightseeing incredibly convenient. There are also many shopping malls and great restaurants nearby, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious and very clean, and the bed was so comfortable that I could relax easily every day. The room was well-maintained, and I appreciated the complimentary mini-bar, bottled water, and coffee. Above all, the staff were incredibly friendly. From check-in to check-out, their responses were quick, and they always greeted me with a bright smile, making my stay very pleasant. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and I could see why the hotel's Carousel restaurant is so famous. If I visit Singapore again, I would definitely choose this hotel. I highly recommend it, especially for those planning a shopping and sightseeing trip."

"1. The cleanliness was acceptable; at least the bed sheets and duvet covers looked clean. However, be aware that if there are personal items on the bed, they won't make up the bed. 2. I wasn't used to the duvet; it was very thin, and the duvet cover was too large. If two people were sleeping, it felt like the duvet inside would slide around. 3. The bed was very soft, not a firm one, and the pillows were just okay. Honestly, I didn't sleep very comfortably. 4. It's extremely, incredibly poorly soundproofed. You can hear everything happening in the hallway clearly. It's fine for a quick overnight stay, but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer visit. However, we chose it for the price; it was the cheapest option we found after comparing all prices – three nights over May Day cost 1038.77 RMB including tax. So, we made do. 5. The room windows couldn't be opened. If you came back sweaty from sightseeing, and left the room overnight, it would smell a bit funky (your own body odor) when you returned the next day, because the air circulation was poor. You had to rely on the air conditioning's internal circulation. 6. A special note: without an electricity key card, as long as it's in the slot, power will continue to be supplied. (Exclusive tip!) 7. You don't need a different charger head; domestic chargers work fine. 8. There's usually a Mandarin-speaking staff member at the front desk, so communication was generally good. 9. Our Wi-Fi stopped working once. I called the front desk from the room phone (simple English communication), and someone came to check it out after about 20 minutes. 10. I forgot to take photos of the hotel, so I've included a picture of the street corner 10-grid, a rooster I encountered in Wuzhong, and the last photo is the check-in notice from the front desk, mainly about connecting to the Wi-Fi. 11. Also, and most importantly, they don't provide bottled water. There's a special filtered water dispenser in the room where you can get filtered water. Hope this helps everyone."

"Had a great stay! Staff were accommodating and the place was surprisingly well kept and clean. Close to MountBatten station which made our trip a little convenient. Definitely a value for money! Attaching the view from the hotel."

"Great ambience and beautiful view. So nature and clean environment. Worth to stay and nearby to attractions and beach clubs in Sentosa. Shuttle service also provided to go along the beaches ; Pahlawan beach, Tanjong Beach and Siloso Beach which is also convenient to take bus, train and taxi at nearby station. Easy access transportation in and out from Sentosa Island. Love the seaview and garden view from the rooftop and also just a walking distance to Beach Station in less than 10mins from the resort. This is my 2nd time staycation here and highly recommend for a short gateway and healing by nature in Sentosa Island."

Nightlife: The Jalan Besar and neighboring Lavender districts house a vibrant nightlife scene, featuring a variety of craft beer bars, cocktail lounges, and casual bars to choose from."

"This photo is from my room view. An important things to said if you drive can just consider other hotel. This hotel did not provide free parking as you know the town areas parking at Singapore are expensive. But this suitable who will take mrt, is just right below the hotel which is outram park. The pool have made my mom a bit disappointed because of not really have good maintenance since this is a 4 star global hotel, really cannot compare with Dorsett KL😌 I have met a front service counter staff, I hope she is just tired, because she looks like we owe her. She is very good on speaking mandarin and just nice this hotel nearby Chinatown. Might have a lot of mandarin users."

"We came here for a short visit was meant to be 2 nights needed up as 3 nights the hotel was great we booked a deluxe room which was a bit small but I’m guessing they have larger rooms available. The check in staff were great especially the guy! The rooms were spotless hotel was spotless was a great price especially for Singapore and over new year. Easy 10 min walk to a nearest small mall and several food spots and 15 from China town etc. only down fall was the noise from the street I’m guessing it may be new year celebrations so will give it the benefit of the doubt but could here people shouting and singing till early hours but once in a deep sleep fine :)"
