"We had a great stay at the cottage. They had a play pen crib set up for my little one. It was a nice gesture, but the padding was several blankets, so could have been dangerous. I caught him putting the blankets over his face and couldn’t get them off, so he slept with us. Which was fine. The bed was big enough. (Which I think the bed was bigger than stated. ) The pool was great. Just wish it was non smoking area. As we had a baby with us. We spent every day at least once mostly twice there. It was clean. And nice. The breakfast was great, nothing super fancy, but I felt it had a little for everyone. Salad, breads, muffins, pancakes, eggs, Asian food, coffee and juice. The last day they even packed us a to go bag as our flight was earlier then the buffet. We paid for a room that had a shuttle both ways. So that was a nice touch. Also down the street is a tiny convenience store for drinks, and some snacks, as well as a really good Thai local place we ate at daily. The food was delicious, affordable and eaten mostly by locals. The robinsons was literally right around the corner as well as the night market. And a 7-11 about 10 minute walk.. the cons of the hotel are no amenities like toothpaste and toothbrush, but they give shampoo and soap in the room. And also the door, you have to lock it before you leave. It doesn’t lock automatically like most doors. We almost left our room open, but thankfully , we checked to make sure it was locked. And to our surprise, it didn’t lock. None of these are deal breakers. And we would gladly stay again for the cost of the hotel, and shuttle!"

"This hotel is perfectly located for a Valentine's Day trip, probably the best in Chinatown. You step right out onto the main street with all the major restaurants. They have an internal parking lot, but be very careful when driving in; it's an old building, so it's a bit small and easy to scrape your car. The hotel is well-equipped, the bed is decent, and the facilities have been nicely renovated. For someone who works out of town and occasionally visits Bangkok, it's a very good choice."

"I was on a budget, and honestly, this was a good place to stay for the price. The room is simple but clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. The location is excellent; you can step out onto the skywalk and immediately walk to the Airport Link station, where you'll find numerous of street food stalls. There's a wide variety of food to choose from, perfect if you want to try local cuisine."

"Hotel is ideal to get around ..! Peaceful environment and very convenient to shops close by (7/11) ..! Rooms : Manage to have good rest and sleep on their comfortable mattress I must admit I struggle to sleep in the hotel room but Livotel was exceptional however noise from the neighbouring room often cause disruption..! Facilities : Hotel got small Fitness Room with four basic cardio equipment only was alright for basic workout however little disappointed with the opening time as it doesn’t open till 07:00 AM though on the door it is mentioned 06:00 AM..! Also have to remind the staff to open it as it wasn’t open this morning till 07:10 AM..! Overall all Good place to stay ..! Housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful..!"

"This hotel offers great value for money. At less than 200 RMB without breakfast, it's perfect for an overnight layover at Don Mueang Airport (breakfast is 295 THB, not a huge variety but enough to fill you up). The lobby is cozy and comfortable, and the rooms are spacious and clean (I couldn't find slippers, so I'm not sure if they're provided). There's hot water for showering (in addition to the existing shower facilities, they've installed extra hot water showers). The front desk service is excellent (other staff members are great too). There's always a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk, day and night, who will remind you about your deposit refund (Thai hotels typically require a 1000 THB deposit) and help you call a taxi. Everything is well-organized and fantastic. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the airport every hour on the hour (I didn't use the free airport pick-up service due to potential language barriers). If you miss the shuttle, you'll need to take a taxi (the front desk staff will help you call one). A ride-hailing taxi to the airport costs 146 THB and takes 6 minutes. The hotel is located in an alley opposite Don Mueang Airport, separated by a very busy main road. To walk there, you need to use an elevated pedestrian bridge (turn left at the arrival hall exit, follow the signs to the second floor, there are stairs and an elevator). Those who claim it's only a 10-minute walk in the reviews are mistaken. I'm 180cm tall and it took me a full 20 minutes to walk. I wouldn't recommend walking with luggage; it will exhaust you to no end!"

"Stayed just 1 night in between transit. Hotel is resort style. Based on my owned stay, i experienced double standard in seevice esoecially from reception and restaurant. I observed western guests were treated and welcomed more warmly. Please improve this. Deluxe room was spacious, but shower was so badly clogged (didnt bother to get it fixed since only staying for 1 night). Breakfast was decent. Check out was slow and below expectation."

"Great budget stay near BKK airport. However, no toothbrushes and toothpaste as the basic amenities is big NO! They kept a security deposit of 500 Baht which they returned later eo be careful about that. Cleanliness was great however and would be definitely staying again if the price stays same."

"The hotel environment is really nice. Lying in the hammock at night with a breeze blowing was very pleasant. There's a Lawson convenience store right next to the lawn, and a little cat at the entrance that would 'mug' everyone, meowing at anyone who passed by. I arrived late at night and there was a Chinese-speaking front desk staff who helped me check in. It's an 8-minute walk from ICONSIAM. When I checked out, I forgot my charger and told the front desk; they quickly helped me find it. Bella and Kookai were both very kind. I highly recommend staying here."

"Thanks to the hotel we had a great first experience in Bangkok. Location is great if you like to go out to. It is just a few minutes walk from Nana BTS station and 30 minutes from the airport BKK. The lobby is huge and our luggage was immediately taken on the trolly. At checkin we paid 2000Bath deposit but it was completely returned when we checked out. We had a spacious room 35m2 with a great bed/matrass and lovely pillows, corner with a table and couch, fridge a hairdryer shampoo, showergell, cotton buds, toothbrush+paste, showercap, thea, coffee and 2 bottles of water everyday. A bit outdated but all very neat and clean. The shower always had great pressure and hot water. Our beds and towels were cleaned every day and on our weddingday we even had flowers en swantowels on our bed. Also tv has severel internatinal channels and we had great internet during our whole stay. It has a pool to refresh yourself and a great gym. There is also a great boxing/muaythai gym where we took some private lessons from the headcoach(trainer of the year in Thailand) breakfast has a lot of choices too. On request you can choose different sorts of eggs. But there is also fried rice and noodles. Not to forget 7 eleven is just around the corner. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back when we visit Bangkok"
