"We loved this hotel. It’s a 15 minute walk from the town centre so it’s nice and quiet but there’s a grocery store and 2 good restaurants very near. We had a deluxe room and it was more of an apartment. Just the 2 of us but would easily accommodate a family of 4 as it had 2 bedrooms. The pool menu and the restaurant food was excellent and good value. The hotel has beautiful scenery and the gardens are lovely. The pool area was excellent with plenty of beds but they don’t provide beach towels so take your own or buy when you get there. We will hopefully go again next year."

"We had a swim-up room in a quiet part of the hotel, and that was the best decision. Having a pool right there with a sea view made our stay truly exceptional. 😍
The property is a three star hotel and it shows some signs of wear and tear (albeit being very clean), but the services, amenities and staff are certainly worth 4 stars. The location is about 10 min from the beach, if you walk at a swift pace, but it’s so much better than any hotel that is close to a very tacky and noisy main street.
Note: the beds didn’t have standard linen. They made the beds with a bottom sheet but no top sheet. It was just a bedspread left at the bottom of the bed. That was unusual and not exactly to my liking. We spoke to reception who sent the housekeeping staff over to our room. We asked for sheets but it was clear this is how they made all beds and no top sheet was provided."

"Fethiye is a wonderful city, and this is a lovely hotel with a delicious breakfast. Without exception, all the staff are focused on making guests as comfortable as possible. There's a regular bus stop just a four-minute walk away, which takes you to the city center for a stroll through the clean and well-maintained streets. From that same bus stop, you can also get to the Blue Lagoon in Ölüdeniz, the cable car up Babadağ mountain, and the former Greek town of Kayaköy. This town was abandoned by its local population during a forced exchange with the Turks to avoid another genocide. This 'ghost town' has stood for over 100 years, and they kindly charge 160 Lira for entry. To catch the 7:30 AM bus to Antalya from Fethiye station, I walked 20 minutes to the first morning bus at 6:54 AM, which runs on a parallel street to the nearest bus stop."

"It was originally a five-star hotel, but I later found it was over 200 yuan cheaper. Booking half a month in advance was a loss. All the other rooms have access to the swimming pool, which is great for photos. The owner's service was good, and there's parking available in a row at the entrance, which is convenient."

"The hotel's location is far from Oludeniz, so you'll definitely need a car as it's surrounded by highways. There are a few places to eat in the village itself, but keep in mind that options are limited. I was surprised there was no Wi-Fi at this hotel. The breakfasts were just okay. The owners are very friendly, and the hotel itself is beautiful. However, the room was quite damp, and our clothes never seemed to dry. There's a pool on the property, but it's unheated, so it's still too cold to swim in May."

"Peaceful in the night. You can catch mini bus right beside the hotel so you can get to the beach easily. Center center is in walking distance. But there’s no crossroads which was seemed bit dangerous to walk around."

"It’s mini hotel, not far from the beach (3 min). We lived on the first floor. I think the rooms were renovated. Modest, but functional. Air conditioning, new plumbing, excellent water pressure in the shower. Breakfast is simple, but you will not go hungry. I think this is the best value for money. Thank you!"

I recently stayed at Liberty Lykia Adults Only, and the experience exceeded all expectations. This is the adult-only section of the larger Liberty Lykia resort, and although both sections share the same vast territory and facilities, the Adults Only zone offers a much more serene and premium atmosphere.
✅ Rooms: The rooms in the Adults Only area are significantly larger and designed with comfort and privacy in mind. Perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for peace and quiet.
✅ All-Inclusive Dining: The quality of the food was fantastic — from generous buffet spreads to à la carte options, everything was fresh and well-prepared. Drinks and snacks are available throughout the day.
✅ Shared Facilities: You still have access to the main Liberty Lykia resort, which includes multiple pools, beach areas, and entertainment zones — but you return to a peaceful adult-only space.
✅ Greenery & Space: The resort is surrounded by lush pine trees and beautifully maintained gardens. It really feels like a nature retreat by the sea.
✅ Perfect Value: The price difference between the family and adults-only areas is minimal, but the experience is vastly different — much quieter, more exclusive, and better suited for true relaxation.
💯 I highly recommend Liberty Lykia Adults Only for anyone seeking a luxurious, quiet, and beautifully maintained resort experience. If I return to this region, I will absolutely stay here again.

AAlkostenkovThe hotel is in excellent condition, the room is new, nothing is falling apart.
All appliances are in excellent working order, washing machine powder and dishwasher detergent were provided.
Air conditioners in each room work perfectly and are quiet.
The plumbing is like new, the shower has excellent pressure at any time of day, and there's no shortage of hot water.
Our room was on the ground floor with its own small terrace surrounded by greenery, so you can't be seen from the outside.
Friendly staff, 24-hour reception. Don't worry if your flight is late; they'll be waiting for you.
The hotel's location is excellent: the beach is a leisurely 10-minute walk away, a dolmush stop is nearby, and the city center is 30 minutes away. The Migros supermarket next door is open until 11:00 PM, and across the street is the Makrocenter supermarket (which has a better selection than Migros). The hotel is located on a quiet street, so there's no noise at night. The only downside is that swimming in the pool is prohibited after 8:00 PM, which is strange, as the pool is nice and new with night lighting, so perhaps that's the norm.

CCynthia991The location was good, near the beach where you could easily find restaurants there. The room was clean, decent in size with a balcony. The most disappointing part was the bathroom. It was small with poor ventilation, so it was very humid. The shower cabin was super tiny. Water could not come up to the hand shower head because of water leakage in the hose. The rain shower head could be used but difficult to adjust the temperature of the water.
Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the young man at the reception. He spoke good English, very polite and attentive. He showed us the rooms and served us a fruit platter when we checked in. Service was excellent.
Breakfast was good for food but bad for coffee. Only instant coffee was provided and the taste of the coffee was so bad.

VVictoriaThe hotel is located in a very beautiful bay. You need to get to the beach by boat, but it's even nice. The food is not bad. We wanted to thank Mizer, the manager, who helped us find the missing suitcase. A very professional employee! What was completely disappointing was the weak competence of the girls at the reception, who did not solve a single issue. But what was disappointing was the outright rudeness of the GULAY employee, who openly spoke rudely and snapped. When I asked to find out where the ferry from Fethiye leaves from and to order a transfer, she told me that this was not her job description. I don't even know what her job description is then. It seems to me that such an unqualified employee has no place in a five-star hotel. Clients pay for a five-star hotel to receive service, not rudeness. Here the employee sits talking on the phone, ignoring me completely, although there is no one at the reception.

SShawnThis hotel is amazing! In terms of transportation, it is next to the bus station, and there is also a supermarket and ice cream shop, which is very convenient. The hotel has all kinds of facilities, including washing machines, kitchens, and swimming pools. You can really relax in the hotel for the whole day. The boss was also very friendly and helped us solve many problems. This hotel is worth staying in again next time!

GGuest UserStayed here for 1 night, and it was very picturesque! It’s just like the photos online. It is a very quiet area we stayed in our cabin the entire time and just relaxed. The hotel operate on a watsapp service and everything requested comes to you very quickly. The property was clean. We did have issues here with mosquitoes and came out with several bites! We went in October, so we couldn’t use the private pool as it is ice cold, which was a downside and our cabin was in the shade so we didn’t get any sun at all during our stay here. But nevertheless, it was a nice cosy night away. 1 night was perfect for us to take lots of pictures and soak in the views. I wouldn’t stay here longer than a night as I feel like you would just be staying indoors without making the most of the holiday.

The owner speaks very good English as well. You don't need to worry about language problems.
The room is quite clean. I didn't give full points because we cleaned the Terrace floor by ourselves as it was very dusty (I consider this is ok, as it does get dusty after 2 days) and the edges of the shower cell door were not perfectly cleaned.
You need to climb up on the steep hill and the place is at the end of it. Therefore you have a great view; however, this also means many cars will pass by and loud. You don't need to really worry about the sound during sleep, as the window seals the sounds off. There are e-louvers that can also block lights in the morning. (I do recommend getting up early and enjoy the nice dawn view.
You can cook there, but you should definitely prepare a portable kitchen knife.
It's also close to dolmus (local bus) station and the best coffee (La Farine & Patisserie) we found in the whole tourist area.

AAichixiguadebeibeiThe hotel is 13 kilometers away from Fethiye Passenger Transport Center. There are buses for 48 liras during the day and taxis for 490 liras at night. The room is quite satisfactory. After all, the advantage is not the room. The shower water flow is small. The view is very good. You can see the sea from the window. There is also a small terrace which is very comfortable. The breakfast is more Western. There may not be many Chinese tourists, but you can still eat enough. It is very close to the beach, just a few minutes walk. You can also leave your luggage at the beach to play after checking out.

GGuest UserWe had an amazing experience. The hotel is located in a very lively place with many restaurants and shopping stores around it. We booked a superior room with sea view and the view was gorgeous where you can see the harbor, the sea, and the mountains. The room was spacious and allowed us to feel comfortable throughout our vacation. Fuat in the reception is an extraordinary person. He made our vacation one of a kind by suggesting excellent excursions with an excellent tourist company and booking for us a marvelous restaurant in one of the Islands with a great sunset view. Fuat is extremely helpful and truly a nice guy who made a difference to our experience as he is very kind and helpful.
