"I really enjoyed my stay at the InterContinental Bellevue. Since it’s a newer hotel, everything feels modern and fresh. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were super nice—they even gave me bottled water right away when I asked, which was a thoughtful touch. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a very luxurious feel. Even though the hair dryer wasn’t Dyson, the one provided in the room was just as powerful and worked really well, which was a nice surprise. The location couldn’t be better if you’re staying in Bellevue; everything is central and convenient, and it’s an easy trip into Seattle too. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area. My only small complaint is that there isn’t a pool, which feels like it should be standard at a 5-star hotel, especially considering there’s also a nightly amenity fee. Overall though, a great experience and a place I’d happily recommend."

"Am returning to this hotel for an event in Bellevue - Excellent location for us yet this (and a couple other hotels) are in the quiet area so very suitable for our rest in between. Everything was perfect as usual."

"Hotel is clean. Location is good with several good restaurants nearby. Valet parking staff is efficient. Front desk staffs are friendly. The price of breakfast buffet is reasonable. If there is a magnifying mirror in the restroom will be perfect."

"This is a new city located east of Seattle. It is very convenient for shopping and dining, and the security is very good. This is the best place for me to rest and stay in Seattle!"

"In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Berkeley. All rooms are suites. The hotel is very new, with a great atmosphere. The fireplace in the lobby was especially comforting for someone like me who is very sensitive to the cold. The breakfast was quite substantial for an American hotel, especially with its wide variety of fruits and dairy products, such as yogurt and soy milk."

"The staff is great. Super friendly and accommodating. Checking was a breeze on Thursday afternoon. The hotel itself has a very nice small front lobby/breakfast area. This is the only area that appears to be updated and kept super clean. We had stayed here years ago and I think things have slowly degraded since our last visit. Our first night we stayed in a standard queen room. The main hallways and rooms are really starting to show their age. They are superficially clean but when you look a little closer the stains and blems start to show. Bed was incredibly hard almost like sleeping on a box spring. After a bad night trying to sleep in this room we asked for another room and upgraded to a king suite. The suite rooms are much larger in size with a separate bedroom and pullout couch. Same issues though, the couch had stains that we could not even begin to identify and probably would have lit up as a rainbow under some black light. Had to throw a sheet over the couch just to be able to sit on it. The cabinets holding the microwave seemed to be bending under the strain and we didn't dare touch them as it looked like they were going to fall right off the wall. The location is a little tricky the first time you try and locate the place, its tucked back off of a side road by the freeway. Overall this is a mid range hotel with decent pricing. Would love to see some updates done before we go back to it."

"One of the best hotel I’ve stayed. Rooms are bright, beds are comfortable, they can send you water kettle if you need. Street parking was great, I can park my car safely."

"The city view twin room is quite large, suitable for family travel, and can accommodate large suitcases. We have been staying in this hotel since we came to Seattle. There are high-end residential areas near the hotel, many places to eat, and several good Chinese restaurants"
