"I really enjoyed my stay at the InterContinental Bellevue. Since it’s a newer hotel, everything feels modern and fresh. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were super nice—they even gave me bottled water right away when I asked, which was a thoughtful touch. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a very luxurious feel. Even though the hair dryer wasn’t Dyson, the one provided in the room was just as powerful and worked really well, which was a nice surprise. The location couldn’t be better if you’re staying in Bellevue; everything is central and convenient, and it’s an easy trip into Seattle too. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area. My only small complaint is that there isn’t a pool, which feels like it should be standard at a 5-star hotel, especially considering there’s also a nightly amenity fee. Overall though, a great experience and a place I’d happily recommend."

"Location is excellent - they are in a quiet area with 3-4 hotels adjacent to each other but each have huge parking lots close to your rooms. Rooms are quiet and staffs were friendly and ready to check us in even when we arrived at midnight. Facilities are nice (with gym and pool) and rooms are generally nice. Not new, but clean and decent enough to spend the weekend away from home. Will stay again if we travel in this vicinity next time."

"The hotel is close to the highway, has a swimming pool, and is about 1.3 kilometers away from Bellevue business district, downtown park, and Macy's. Overall, it is pretty good."

"It’s particularly good. There are many activities for children to participate in. The swimming pool is a standard pool. You can play tennis and basketball. The office environment is good. The service staff are efficient and have a high attitude. The environment in the area is good."

"The room was clean and hygienic. Although it was not cleaned every day, you could send the dirty towels to the front desk every day and they would be replaced at any time. The hotel provided pots and shovels, as well as coffee pots in time. You had to take care of everything yourself. The service was warm and the room was clean. The breakfast was too simple. In addition to two pieces of cake, the rest was coffee, hot chocolate and tea. It was not breakfast at all. In general, it was clean, the service attitude was good, and it was quiet. Shopping and eating were relatively good. I would patronize it again if I had the chance."

"The staff is great. Super friendly and accommodating. Checking was a breeze on Thursday afternoon. The hotel itself has a very nice small front lobby/breakfast area. This is the only area that appears to be updated and kept super clean. We had stayed here years ago and I think things have slowly degraded since our last visit. Our first night we stayed in a standard queen room. The main hallways and rooms are really starting to show their age. They are superficially clean but when you look a little closer the stains and blems start to show. Bed was incredibly hard almost like sleeping on a box spring. After a bad night trying to sleep in this room we asked for another room and upgraded to a king suite. The suite rooms are much larger in size with a separate bedroom and pullout couch. Same issues though, the couch had stains that we could not even begin to identify and probably would have lit up as a rainbow under some black light. Had to throw a sheet over the couch just to be able to sit on it. The cabinets holding the microwave seemed to be bending under the strain and we didn't dare touch them as it looked like they were going to fall right off the wall. The location is a little tricky the first time you try and locate the place, its tucked back off of a side road by the freeway. Overall this is a mid range hotel with decent pricing. Would love to see some updates done before we go back to it."

"The city view twin room is quite large, suitable for family travel, and can accommodate large suitcases. We have been staying in this hotel since we came to Seattle. There are high-end residential areas near the hotel, many places to eat, and several good Chinese restaurants"
