"Most of all the customer service was average. The front desk does not tell you anything and it’s like pulling teeth to get any information from them. The staff in the food court was horrible. The young man at the pizza counter was so high he couldn’t keep his eyes open and tossed our food to us. The room was clean. No microwave. There is no housekeeping. If you need anything you need to call them. They were prompt at delivering more coffee. The canyon made up for the short comings."

"Fair hotel, in a great location. Very beautiful historical building, but also very old building with rickety floors. However, it’s well kept, clean and staff was very pleasant. The interior of the building is very interestingly decorated, almost like a period museum. I’d stay again. 👌"

"This town is more convenient to drive 1 hour from the Grand Canyon. There are more tourists choosing to live here. The room is the most basic comfort standard, the mattress is super soft, and it feels good to fall asleep. The most dissatisfied thing about the hotel is that the floor is too thin. The footsteps of the tourists upstairs who get up and walk around before 6 o'clock are on the top of their heads. It is very loud and difficult to hear, making me unable to sleep at all. A simple breakfast in the morning, a hot muffin, a glass of cereal milk, and a scrambled egg are enough to eat."

"Hotel was great, reasonable central location to big sightseeing areas. Fitness centre was ok. But the biggest downfall here for this hotel was the thin walls. We could hear voices/TVs at all hours (particularly mornings as lots of people were heading out early for tours). Could be just a joint room problem? Otherwise a very nice stay."

"Great value for the price, and it even includes breakfast with bread, fruit, drinks, and cereal – quite good! The room was spacious too. A one-night stay here was really comfortable, much better than places I've stayed in the past. The hotel also has a pool and is only a 10-minute drive from Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend."

"It was very good. Because it is a motel, it is a little inferior to the hotel in terms of facilities, but the staff was very friendly and I was able to stay comfortably. Also, dogs seem to be able to stay. There was no smell that I was worried about."

AAnonymous UserOf all the Hampton Inn hotels I stayed at during my trip to the US, this was the only one I was genuinely satisfied with. The Hampton chain consistently suffers from two main issues: incredibly loud air conditioning and breakfast options that are utterly unsuited for Asian palates. Honestly, I'll never consider Hampton my top choice for any future trips to the US.

GGuest UserHubby and k got the last available room as we did not have plans to go as far as the Grand Canyon NP on this supposedly short trip.  We were very happy to find this location, perfect for distance just outside the South Entrance.  We got what we needed at the little store available in the hotel as well as having dinner in the Saloon without having to go anywhere outside.  Our room was very clean, have coffee available for the next day with amenities just enough to get us over for the next day.  I’d stay here again as it was also very affordable. Highly recommend it.

GGuest UserFirst, the positive: 1. The staff was courteous, professional, and helpful. 2. The outdoor area was well above par. The pool was clean with in-pool loungers (4). Safety equipment and signage posted. Multiple cabanas (6?) were available. Large fire pit with plentiful seating. The pool is 5 feet deep at the center. This is not a pool made for swimming laps, but for lounging. 3. Rooms have an outdoor balcony with a table and 2 chairs. 4. Windows have both a blackout screen and a privacy screen. The window is able to be opened for fresh air and is screened. 5. HVAC was in good order and worked perfectly. 6. In room refrigerator was clean and worked well. Microwave, TV, and phone in room. 7. Breakfast area was spacious and breakfast offered multiple options though I did not avail myself of this amenity. Now, the negative: 1. The room itself was much smaller (king bed ) than expected. Room was cramped and looked nothing like the pictures on the website. 2. The bathrooms were recently remodeled, but the aesthetics are problematic. Why would anyone put wood laminate flooring in a bathroom with a walk in shower that has approximately a 2” inch lip and shower curtain in lieu of doors? You take a shower and the floor gets wet...no bueno. 3. There is a $10 per night service fee charged on registration. The fee is for wifi and other services. I don't recall seeing this posted when I reserved the room, but perhaps I overlooked it. I didn't object paying it, but the fee should be transparent. 4. Housekeeping is performed every 3 days and if you need more towels, etc., simply contact the front desk and they will have what you need brought up. Other: I booked the room for 2 nights but opted not to stay the 2nd night.

YYANLIANGChecked for a long time and found this hotel without disappointment. The design of the hotel is simple and comfortable. Facilities are new and the room is clean. Although some rooms are on the road, they do not feel noisy. The little brother of the hotel saw that the frost on our car window took the initiative to get us a snow shovel, and the service was very good. There is a lot of food nearby, and Wal-Mart is very convenient. The only drawback is that the bathroom fan sounds a bit loud.

GGuest UserThis is the most satisfying hotel for our budget trip in the United States. It is very cost-effective and safe. The hotel is located on the edge of a tourist town. It is away from the crowds but not far from shopping. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful forests and there are no other buildings. It is quiet and comfortable. , the room was clean and tidy. I liked it so much that we renewed it for one day. If we were not in a hurry, I would stay here for a month. It is much more cost-effective than accommodation in scenic spots.

NNicha ReeThe accommodation is located in an area that makes it very easy to travel to Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, and Lake Powell, all just a few minutes' drive away, and it's right next to a gas station with very cheap gas. We arrived late at night, so there was no staff at the front desk; we had to check in via video, which felt quite unique. The room itself was spacious enough to comfortably open a full suitcase. Basic amenities were provided, including a refrigerator and microwave, but the furniture was a bit old, though it was fine for a 1-2 night stay.
