"While the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the beds in the room were so uncomfortable. The mattresses were way too hard and felt like a spring was trying to poke through. "Small hotel very friendly. Every staff member say good morning or good afternoon waved at you if you saw you in the parking lot breakfast was thin no hot only muffins toasting waffles 930 means 930. Don’t be there at 9:31 when you won’t get anything. Not a bad stay, but it’s not the Hilton just remember it’s nice and clean. The bed was already wrapped and comfortable."

"It's more convenient to stay here to play with snow in Friegerstaf. The hotel does not provide breakfast, free parking, tourist towns, and the price difference between the peak and low seasons is quite large. The peak season is more than double."

"I booked a room type on the 2nd floor on Trip, but I said that the 2nd floor was full. I was a bit lost at the moment. (Because the 1st floor will be noisy, and we are indeed affected by the footsteps upstairs and the sound outside) But the counter staff was very kind and invited us to drink beer. I went to the Grand Canyon the next morning. But the counter has not been open and there is no self-check-out, so I have to leave the room card in the room and leave a message to the housekeeping staff to assist in check-out."

Great
CCourtneyThe room itself was very modern, neat and tidy. They provided bottled water for the coffee machine but not enough creamer/coffee pods to last me through the morning. Food is good but very, very expensive. Service at the bars/restaurants is slow, and again, very expensive. The odds at the ****** suck. As in, don't plan on being able to play slots for long,bc payouts/bonuses are lowsy. I encountered 3 other couples/people riding the elevator at the same time as me (Fri and Sat), and both sports bars were low energy for a weekend. Which made me think this hotel isn't doing well.
GGuest UserThe accommodation was simple but very clean. Slightly off the main road so quiet in my room. Good bathroom. Furniture a bit dated. Bed v comfortable. A/c works well. Fridge and microwave v useful. Laundry on site cheap.
Easy walking distance to rail station and down town
Area felt safe.
Staff helpful when asked things.
AAnonymous UserAfter leaving the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, I was a little tired going back to Las Vegas, so I chose to stay in Flagstaff. After much deliberation, I chose Fairfield Inn, which is a very good hotel. The town is not big, and it is very convenient to go anywhere.
PPoploliPassing by Flagstaff Town, I saw Hyatt and decided to stay there without hesitation. It is very cost-effective, with complete hotel facilities, convenient parking, and a swimming pool. The room is new and spacious. There is a mountain view when you open the window. It is a lovely town.
GGuest UserExcellent location in Flagstaff AZ, right on the main drag into town but located above the roadway in a secluded tree'd location. Quiet for its location but a little tricky to locate and really only available, safely, from one direction due to being on a very busy two way main artery into and out of town. Very close to freeways I-17 and I-40. Facility has adequate parking with several handicap parking spots adjacent to the main entrance. Two story building, nice lobby and they serve a continental style breakfast in the mornings. I had a queen non smoking, handicap accessible room on the second floor overlooking the outdoor pool. Key card access to elevator and room access, felt very safe and secure. Room nicely furnished and very clean. Other than checkin desk, had no interaction with staff. High speed Internet accessed via a secure login, had pleny of speed to stream Netflix movies from my laptop. Definately will stay there again.
YYANLIANGChecked for a long time and found this hotel without disappointment. The design of the hotel is simple and comfortable. Facilities are new and the room is clean. Although some rooms are on the road, they do not feel noisy. The little brother of the hotel saw that the frost on our car window took the initiative to get us a snow shovel, and the service was very good. There is a lot of food nearby, and Wal-Mart is very convenient.
The only drawback is that the bathroom fan sounds a bit loud.
ぼぼくつるたI stayed at this hotel in Flagstaff on my way to the Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, and Monument Valley. It was convenient because it included breakfast and laundry. I think it's a budget hotel with a consistent level of quality. I'll definitely stay here again.
GGuest UserThe service was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has a bar on the east side that appeals to some really loud and obnoxious people. They were drunk and yelling in the street all night long. We slept very little for the entire stay. On top of that, the hot water went out during the first night, and th temperature was in the teens. The staff did give us a credit for that, but it didn't help enough to make me want to return there ever again.
GGuest UserClean and no smell. The happiest thing for us as a group of three is that the manager assigned a room (with 2 beds) that includes a smaller room (with 1 bed) so that the three of us can have one's own bed. This is better than 3 people on 2 beds as all the other hotels/motels would treat us. The air conditioner, though, is noisy because of the age. Since the temperature is not hot in early August, we can do without air conditioning.
