"Excellent location in Flagstaff AZ, right on the main drag into town but located above the roadway in a secluded tree'd location. Quiet for its location but a little tricky to locate and really only available, safely, from one direction due to being on a very busy two way main artery into and out of town. Very close to freeways I-17 and I-40. Facility has adequate parking with several handicap parking spots adjacent to the main entrance. Two story building, nice lobby and they serve a continental style breakfast in the mornings. I had a queen non smoking, handicap accessible room on the second floor overlooking the outdoor pool. Key card access to elevator and room access, felt very safe and secure. Room nicely furnished and very clean. Other than checkin desk, had no interaction with staff. High speed Internet accessed via a secure login, had pleny of speed to stream Netflix movies from my laptop. Definately will stay there again."

"Absolutely loved our stay!! This is now our go-to hotel in Flagstaff! It is new, modern and comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. Suitable for short and longer stays. Equipped with plates, cups, even a few cooking utensils, such as can opener, whisk, spatula, a small sink and even a small dishwasher. Location is great, and even if the highway is right there, the room was quiet. Large window to a superb view. The grounds around the hotel are lovely. Lots of benches, play area. There's 24 hr free coffee and tea in the lounge area, with plenty of couches 8and comfy seats and tables. The breakfast is abundant and varied. High chairs for babies are available too. Pool, gym, games are available. Parking is not free, but the fee was very reasonable and didn't mind paying at all. It is also quite secure, as there are cameras all around. I highly recommend this hotel. Pay a little extra and you get a very comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"Charming Nostalgic Vibes and Excellent Staffing I had a wonderful stay here and was particularly impressed by how well-managed the property is. The check-in counter was appropriately staffed, and the friendly team made the process seamless. Since the hotel is quite large, the staff provided a map of the vicinity and very clear instructions on how to reach our room. Even though our room was located quite a distance from the reception, we had no trouble finding our way. Parking was consistently busy, but despite the high volume of cars, we were always able to find an available spot without much stress. We absolutely loved the room! it has a beautiful nostalgic feel that manages to feel classic rather than ”old.” It was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. We didn't utilize the balcony since it faced the parking lot, but I imagine it would be lovely to crack open for some fresh air during the summer. One minor disappointment was the amenities. They provide Salt & Stone products, which we love, but unfortunately, the shower and bath gel hadn't been topped up prior to our check-in. It was a shame we didn't get to use them, but it didn't overshadow an otherwise great stay. Overall: A great blend of character and efficiency. I’d definitely stay here again!"

"It's more convenient to stay here to play with snow in Friegerstaf. The hotel does not provide breakfast, free parking, tourist towns, and the price difference between the peak and low seasons is quite large. The peak season is more than double."

"Due to the change in the itinerary, the separate order was booked for two nights. After several twists and turns, in the case of making up the difference, you can finally stay for two nights without changing the room. But the next night, I was surprised that the room was not cleaned. When I asked at the front desk, I was accused of cleaning the room service. The guest asked to take the initiative to ask at the time of check-in, otherwise it would not be cleaned. This is the first time I have encountered the rule since I have traveled to the store for decades. I had to take a few clean towels and endure this unacceptable service."

"We stay at Tru hotels often and love them for what we need. This stay was nice, clean, and modern. Breakfast was good and fresh for a free hotel breakfast. I didn’t give this stay all 5s because charging guests to park their car feels like an unnecessary money grab. We already paid more to stay at this hotel, even though there were less expensive options in the area."

I booked a room type on the 2nd floor on Trip, but I said that the 2nd floor was full. I was a bit lost at the moment. (Because the 1st floor will be noisy, and we are indeed affected by the footsteps upstairs and the sound outside) But the counter staff was very kind and invited us to drink beer. I went to the Grand Canyon the next morning. But the counter has not been open and there is no self-check-out, so I have to leave the room card in the room and leave a message to the housekeeping staff to assist in check-out.

Passing by Flagstaff Town, I saw Hyatt and decided to stay there without hesitation. It is very cost-effective, with complete hotel facilities, convenient parking, and a swimming pool. The room is new and spacious. There is a mountain view when you open the window. It is a lovely town.

A comfortable trip beyond expectations, this hotel is worth N repurchases! From the beginning of stepping into the lobby, you can feel the hotel's intentions. The front desk staff smiled gently. Not only did they quickly check in, but also took the initiative to inform the surrounding specialty restaurants and walking routes. Even the ”want to borrow a charging head” I mentioned immediately helped to send it to the room. The details were full of warmth. The room is more spacious and bright than the picture. The floor-to-ceiling windows frame the city night view into a natural painting, and you can get a full screen to cure when you open the curtains. The most pleasant surprise is the bedding, the softness is just right, like being trapped in the clouds, I fell asleep after a day of running, and I woke up without fatigue. The bathroom is dry and wet separation is very thorough, the toiletries are a faint cedar smell, and I can't help but want to ask about the brand. The breakfast is super rich, from freshly cooked noodles to fresh fruits, baked snacks, even coffee has several flavors to choose from, the chef will also take the initiative to ask if the taste is satisfactory, more intimate than the breakfast at home. When I checked out, I found that I accidentally dropped the headset under the pillow and cleaned it.

Used for a 1 day trip to see some snow before season ends. The location was in a great location, near shopping and restaurants. We stayed in the king suite for three of us and a dog. Room was clean and cozy. The room had a nice modern touch. The staff was accommodating as we needed a late check out. They obliged with no hesitation. Over all a nice place to rest our heads.

The hotel was nice, room was nice. Coffee maker was dirty, but the room was overall ok. We enjoyed the indoor heated pool. The fitness center was Not to our liking tho. No ac and felt like a sauna. Only has a treadmill and a bike. The Continental breakfast , I’m sorry was horrible. It was a decent stay but would probably not be my first choice to stay again.

Opposite the hotel, there is a golf course in a good environment. The American style of breakfast is quite limited, and there are no waffles that I love. There are eight rows of exits in the second room, so the closure is not too strong and it always feels less secure. The hotel should be a bit old, the facilities are a bit old, but the maintenance is not bad. Overall, OK.

The service was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has a bar on the east side that appeals to some really loud and obnoxious people. They were drunk and yelling in the street all night long. We slept very little for the entire stay. On top of that, the hot water went out during the first night, and th temperature was in the teens. The staff did give us a credit for that, but it didn't help enough to make me want to return there ever again.

The hotel is dated but nice and spacious. The breakfast was terrible but is expected in a pandemic. I hoped for muffins or waffles but the packaged fake bagels and frozen hard boiled eggs had to do.
