"I traveled alone on vacation and booked a villa with a garden – it was one of my best trips ever! The resort consists of rooms in a multi-story building, two-story blocks, and private villas. The property has 2 amazing pools: large, comfortable, and packed with cool features for kids. There’s also a shop in the main building where you can buy everything from instant noodles and ice cream to shampoo and umbrellas. Two restaurants offer very reasonable prices if you’re on a breakfast-only plan.
The resort is literally a 6-minute drive from the airport and, in my opinion, the greenest, shadiest, and most comfortable among nearby options. They provide a shuttle to Nha Trang twice a day, dropping you off at the shopping mall opposite the Lotus Temple on the waterfront, with return shuttles from the same spot twice daily. The ride to Nha Trang takes about 40 minutes. To get around Nha Trang, I used GRAB taxis – just install the app and set ”cash” as the payment method; it worked perfectly. By the way, the resort exchanges Vietnamese dong (VND) at a slightly better rate than the airport.

I booked via Trip.com and handled all communication with the resort through the app. Upon arrival, a free pre-arranged transfer (requested via a form they sent) was waiting. The driver met me at the exit with a sign bearing my name. Check-in was quick since it wasn’t busy. The resort is large and handles multiple check-ins/check-outs smoothly.
My villa was incredibly spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything you could need (even a flashlight, umbrella, ironing board, and all imaginable toiletries). Housekeeping came daily and provided ample bottled water, so no issues there. There were a few mosquitoes, but the in-room fumigator handled them well.
My package included breakfast, served for villa guests at the beachfront restaurant. They also offer afternoon tea (2–4 PM) with drinks, fruit, and pastries – perfect for a midday snack. I chose this resort specifically for its lush greenery, and it was a 100% success! The landscape design, variety of plants, and flowers are indescribably beautiful – you must see it! Waterfalls, ponds, and streams with fish create total relaxation. The grounds are expansive: walking the full loop is nearly 2 km. There’s also a golf course, tennis courts, and a small but well-equipped gym.
The resort’s private beach is excellent: plenty of loungers, easy entry into the sea, a lifeguard on duty from 6 AM to 6 PM, and it’s very clean. Note: abandoned construction sites flank the resort, and the sea washes debris onto their shores (naturally, no one cleans it), but it’s not excessive. The coastline itself is huge – 17 km long – perfect for endless walks with very few people.
The spa is stunning (private lakeside cabins, skilled masseuses), and the Japanese restaurant on the 20th floor of the main building offers incredible views.
In summary: This resort suits any type of vacation. For peace and quiet (choose a villa – serene with greenery right outside), or for families/friends with kids (great entertainment, pools, beach, and restaurant menus). I highly recommend it and will return with my family!"

ККсенияКАExcellent hotel!!!! We all loved it. We booked for 3 days, and upon check-in, we immediately regretted not booking for longer. It was complete relaxation. The hotel is large with beautiful grounds. The sea and sand are just amazing, and most importantly, there aren't as many people as in Nha Trang. Of course, there are people, but you don't really see them. It's quiet on the beach in the morning with plenty of free sun loungers and comfortable bean bag chairs even after 3 PM. There are 2 pools on the property with kids' slides and showers. We didn't opt for breakfast or lunch as we cooked ourselves in the villa. The villa completely matched the pictures; everything was clean, the bedding and towels were of good quality, the beds were comfortable, and the furniture wasn't worn out, everything felt new. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, slow cooker, a set of pristine dishes, pots, pans, glasses, mugs, and cutlery – everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathrooms had good quality toiletries, huge bottles of Watson brand shampoos and gels, toothbrushes, etc. Cleaning was done once in 3 days. A lady came and cleaned thoroughly; I timed her, and she spent 2.5 hours meticulously cleaning everything, even though our villa was already tidy as we kept it clean ourselves. The villa has its own pool, which is just fantastic!!! The staff are very responsive. Thanks to Phi Toan, who explained and showed us everything, and was always available. You can move around the property in a buggy, but we only used it twice, for check-in and check-out. Huge thanks to the hotel owners for congratulating my mother on her anniversary. I mentioned it was her birthday when booking and thought they might bring some small complimentary gift, but it was a huge bouquet of roses!!! Such attention and care are very touching. Upon check-out, they allowed us a free late check-out of 2.5 hours. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay at the villa and are already dreaming of returning, but for a longer period next time. If I could give 100 points, I would. You can get a really good price for this villa when booking, I highly recommend it to everyone!!!!

ああやPANThis being a new hotel, I was a bit worried before my stay due to the lack of reviews. However, those worries were immediately put to rest; it was a comfortable and wonderful hotel.
The entire hotel, starting from the lobby, was a beautiful and spacious environment.
In particular, the room layout and interior design were fantastic, making my stay a truly relaxing experience. (My only minor disappointment was that the shower drainage was poor, causing water to pool for a long time.) The turndown service also contributed to a comfortable stay.
The whole hotel felt very clean, and I felt completely at ease throughout my stay. The garden was also beautifully maintained, and I enjoyed my walks there.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious! It was Western-based but also included dishes like pho, banh xeo, and banh mi. Both the taste and quality were superb.
While there were many wonderful moments during my hotel stay, what impressed me most was the hospitality of the staff. Every single person was incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you very much!
The hotel is a bit out of the way, about a 30-40 minute drive from the city center. I think it's a perfect hotel for a secluded getaway, whether you're enjoying the beach, pool, or just relaxing in your room. Nha Trang had a different vibe compared to Da Nang, even though both are beach resorts. It might have been the season, but the humidity was low, and the climate was pleasant. I definitely want to come back to this hotel someday!

SShanghai zhangThe room design is a bit old-fashioned and the lighting is dim, but I still quite liked it. There was one drawback though. I stayed in Villa 336. The room had two AC vents, but only the one directly above the bed was blowing air. This meant that if I turned on the AC while sleeping, it would get very cold, but if I turned it off, it was too hot. The other AC vent, not directly over the bed, wasn't blowing any air at all.
The hotel's exterior environment is elegant, especially the large lawn at sunrise – it's perfect for photos.
The breakfast was good, and the weekend buffet dinner was excellent.
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and there were no issues communicating in English.
There were quite a few Koreans, especially Korean couples. They seemed to enjoy cuddling in the public pool, which was a bit of an eyeful.
Overall, it's still a good place, especially for girls who love taking photos.

GGuest UserWe arrived in the morning at 8 AM. They checked us in but told us to come back after 2 PM for the room key. The deposit is 1,000,000 VND per day.
You can walk around the property and get drinks; they'll be deducted from your deposit upon checkout. The average price for drinks at the bar is 80,000-100,000 VND. At the local shop, beer is 40,000 VND and Coke is 25,000 VND.
We brought our own alcohol, drank it at dinner and everywhere else, and no one said anything. They readily provide ice.
The buffet food is excellent, with a great variety. However, there's no tea at dinner. If you want some, a staff member will bring it for 90,000 VND. Though there's hot water available, so if you're looking to save money, just bring a teabag from your room and use that… just saying. :)
The rooms are gorgeous. The bed is about three meters wide. Definitely opt for a sea view; it's not much more expensive. The air conditioning is excellent; it doesn't blow directly onto the bed, which is common in Asia.
When I booked, I thought it was great that there was a saltwater pool, but unfortunately, it's impossible to swim in it – the water is too hot.
I want to specifically point out that there are plenty of sun loungers at the beach. However, they are always occupied by towels and other belongings, not by people. Someone will claim a spot and never show up for the entire day. Meanwhile, you, as a guest at a 5-star hotel, have to lie on the sand like a dog. To those who do this, you know who you are. We once just threw someone else's towels off a claimed lounger, put ours down, and guess what? No one showed up the whole day.

What you need is to contact Butler by Katok, which is convenient to respond immediately. The facilities are as good as the photos. The private pool and public pool were all good. The poolside bar hamburger is delicious.
Breakfast was added when I checked in, but I was so satisfied. It's a rice noodle restaurant.
But there's one thing that's the worst. The rotten smell of the sewer vibrated in the sink. I contacted Butler and the staff came and took action. It was a little better, and eventually it was accompanied by a subtle sewer smell throughout 3 days and 2 nights. If this is improved, this is the accommodation I want to take my baby back.

ИИринаДеI didn't stay in the main building, so I had to walk there for meals. I had full board. I really liked the room; it was spacious, had a kitchen, and a huge balcony with a sun lounger. There's a private pool next to the building. All rooms have sea views.
The food was excellent, varied, and plentiful, with shrimp, shellfish, meat, and fruit. There's a wonderful beach with sun loungers and umbrellas, and towels are provided. Sometimes there weren't enough loungers, but you could always lie on the sand under an umbrella. There's plenty of space for walks, and the grounds are well-maintained. You can even walk to the neighboring hotel. It was a wonderful four-day getaway. The only downside is the lack of shops; it's just the sea, walks, and food. If you need to buy anything, you have to take a taxi.

XXiaojio oGreat for a family vacation! We stayed in a sea-view villa, and I had requested a room close to the ocean when booking, so we were lucky to get the second row facing the sea. The villa's private pool is on the rooftop. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of options, but the taste leaned towards Korean cuisine. I suggest they could adjust it slightly to include more Chinese dishes, especially since more and more Chinese guests are staying here. The à la carte food was just okay and not very suitable for young children. The hotel charges 300 RMB a day to rent kitchenware, so we ended up buying our own set of pots, pans, knives, seasonings, rice, noodles, meat, vegetables, and oil from the supermarket to cook for the little ones. For the adults, if you don't want to eat at the hotel, you can order takeout via Grab, but it can only be delivered to the hotel entrance, so you'll need to pick it up yourself. Other than that, everything else was good. Service requests were generally responded to promptly; even when an AC broke in one of the rooms in the middle of the night, someone came to fix it quickly. If you turn right after exiting the hotel, there's a coconut stall a few hundred meters down the road that sells very cheap coconuts, around 4 RMB each.

AAnonymous UserIn the 4-room villa we stayed in, it seemed like ants had built a nest in the largest room on the first floor, with hordes of ants near the head of the bed. Even after checking in, and the bellboy who helped with our luggage saw and confirmed it, he just sprayed some ant killer and left as if it was nothing. We barely used that room.
The hotel shares its lobby with Wyndham Garden, but there's a separate counter across from it. Breakfast is also shared with Wyndham. Buggy service is operated separately from Wyndham and needs to be called via KakaoTalk, but the response is so slow that we often ended up walking. Once, I waited 25 minutes with my golf bag and ended up walking from the lobby to our beachfront villa, carrying a golf bag on each side. The price isn't much different from Wyndham, but it was incredibly inconvenient. Wyndham buggies frequently just drive off after asking for a room number.
The outdoor pool on the first floor had no water, and only the rooftop pool was filled. The Wyndham Garden pool was under renovation, so only the infinity pool was available.
I think they should address the ant problem first, and at least have someone permanently stationed at the buggy service and lobby counter. Alternatively, if the price difference were greater, it might be an option for value for money. This was my third visit to Nha Trang.
If we visit Nha Trang again next time, we'll just opt for a 5-star hotel in the city center. It's quicker to get around without buggies, cleaner, has more good restaurants, and cheaper and better massage places seem more abundant. This is my experience after 4 days at Cam Ranh Villas!

GGrigoreva_psThis isn't a bad hotel, considering it's in the middle of nowhere. The views from the hotel are wonderful, but the cleanliness leaves a bit to be desired. The furniture is slightly old but well-maintained. There's nothing around the hotel; you can't walk to a shop, and it's a 20-30 minute drive to get anywhere. The beach is dirty and unkempt, and there are no sunbeds.
There is a pool.
On the positive side, the service is very responsive and helpful.
