First off, the service was excellent. From the front desk in the lobby to the staff at the entrance, and the restaurants on the first and second floors, as well as housekeeping – all the human interactions were very satisfying. Secondly, it was difficult to book a room with two 1.8-meter beds. However, it would be even better if the second bed in this room could be optimized, though I understand the room size is limited. Furthermore, the restaurant on the second floor had great taste and generous portions. The food might be a bit slow to come out, perhaps because it's freshly prepared, which actually gives you time to enjoy tea and chat. The swimming pool isn't huge, at 1.35 meters deep, but it's perfectly adequate for kids to play in.

The Vienna Hotel boasts new facilities and a great environment, with a refined yet understated European style. The rooms are spacious, and the smart controls are very convenient. The bedding is fluffy and smells like sunshine, and the soundproofing is excellent. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, and is well-stocked with amenities, offering 24-hour hot water with constant temperature and pressure. The service is warm and attentive; check-in at the front desk is quick, and requests are handled promptly. Housekeeping is thorough, and breakfast is abundant. Plus, there's free parking and a convenient laundry room. The overall experience is superb.

I came to Foshan to buy furniture and stayed for three nights. I was looking for a relatively new hotel and found this one. It's only been open for a few years, so the facilities are all very new, and the design is on point. The large double bathtub is definitely worth trying. The service has the quality you'd expect from an international chain hotel. The breakfast selection is probably one of the richest I've encountered in a domestic hotel, with a full array of dim sum (though perhaps that's just me, a Beijinger, who hasn't had good food before). The Tiki at the lounge was enthusiastic and responsive to requests, which was a five-star experience. If I had to pick a flaw, it would be the poorly designed Toto sink countertop in the suite. The faucet is too short, causing water to splash all over the counter when you wash your hands. Also, because the sink takes up most of the counter space, there's hardly any room for toiletries or cosmetics (as shown in image 3). This isn't very friendly for people with a lot of belongings, and I hope it can be improved.

This stay at the Sheraton Hotel was the most pleasant surprise during my trip to Guangdong. Actually, before coming here, I randomly booked a hotel on a certain app, but when I arrived, I found that the sanitation was poor, the bed sheets were not clean, and the service attitude was bad. I was in a very bad mood, so I decisively canceled the booking and then found the Sheraton. Upon arriving at the Sheraton, the front desk staff, Lily, was very friendly and enthusiastic, and even gave us some fruit. She chose a river-view room for us, and the view outside the window was excellent. (In contrast, the staff at the other hotel even tried to entice me to pay more to see some Ferris wheel, *chuckle*.) In the morning, we were able to see the sunrise, which was very delightful. The entire night's experience was a transition from hell to heaven, from feeling extremely upset to extremely happy. I am very grateful for Lily's enthusiasm. I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton, which gave my wife and me a perfect ending to our short one-day trip in Shunde. One person's enthusiasm can change a tourist's impression of a city. Highly recommended!!! Wish you smooth work and great success!

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Guangzhou South Railway Station, making travel incredibly convenient. The room was clean and odor-free, and the environment was quiet. Lisa provided thoughtful and attentive service. It's great value for money and highly recommended!

The staff provided friendly and attentive service, always ready to assist with a smile. The amenities were top-notch. A choice for anyone looking for comfort and convenience.

Fantastic overall experience! The location is super convenient for getting around. The freshly made rice noodles in the morning were delicious, and the room was clean with no strange odors. The bedding was comfortable, and the front desk staff were efficient and enthusiastic. Excellent value for money!

I stayed at *Yazi Hotel Foshan* for over 6 days and had a very pleasant experience. The *staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful*. Every day, the housekeeping auntie cleaned the room thoroughly, which I really appreciated. The *breakfast area offers a lovely view*, and I was also impressed by the thoughtful *afternoon tea and late-night supper* options — a nice touch that made the stay even more enjoyable. The *only downside* is that there are only two elevators, which can be a bit slow during peak hours. But overall, I'm very satisfied with the service, comfort, and hospitality. Highly recommended!

I’d like to start by saying that the room was lovely and comfortable and the reception staff was accommodating and helpful. That being said - I will not be returning to this hotel and I especially would not bring family here. When I arrived there was a man screaming at the receptionist and knocking things off her desk. When he finally screamed loudly enough that security heard him the security guards came and talked with him for a few minutes and then THEY LEFT. It was just me, this extremely aggressive guy, and the tiny girl at reception. He immediately started knocking things down again. Later that night, I heard the sounds of a woman sobbing, a man screaming and loud crashing noises in the room next to me. These sounds went on in increasing severity for half an hour. I was initially scared to leave because the man kept walking into the hallway and slamming the door as hard as he could over and over again. Eventually, I went down and tried to convince security there was a problem, and the security guard was just smirking and occasionally outright laughing. When I eventually convinced him and another security guard to come up to the room with me, they were talking in the elevator about how it was just a drunk guy and laughing about it. Once we got upstairs, they heard the shower running and said “it’s nothing,” with an I-told-you-so kind of look. The shouting picked up again after they left. They didn’t even knock! I do not blame the hotel for having difficult customers. But I do fault them for their complete lack of awareness and consideration when addressing security concerns. I didn’t feel safe in this hotel, though the room was very nice.

I took my child out for Children's Day. Facilities: To be honest, the play facilities are a bit old, but there are many food options inside, and the prices are cheaper than X-Long. We chose the stargazing room, and my child loved it, but I hope the cleanliness can be improved. Some hidden corners weren't cleaned properly, and there was a lot of dust in the room. The hotel package included access to the amusement park, but many facilities required additional payment, which felt a bit like a rip-off. What I did enjoy was the swimming and hot springs. It feels like Changlu really wants to be a resort, but perhaps due to the current economic downturn, it hasn't been able to maintain itself well. Overall, it was still an enjoyable trip. I hope Changlu improves!
