Intercontinental Hotel & Resorts properties in Perth

The front desk staff were very nice during check-in, but once we got to the room, we realized it was incredibly small. It didn't feel worth the price. Its biggest advantage is being right in the city center, which made it convenient to walk to restaurants and shops. Those issues aside, the air conditioning was broken for both nights of our stay. We were hot all night the first day, and when we mentioned it the next day, the response time wasn't quick. We waited over half an hour after calling before going downstairs to the front desk to ask for a room change, which finally prompted them to fix it. In the end, we didn't get a room change or any compensation; they just took apart the AC unit and fixed it right in front of us.
