Hotels in Ton Sai Bay, Phi Phi Islands

This was an amazing hotel and my friend and I really truly loved the experience! It was so clean, smelt amazing and the facilities were incredible. The pool is gorgeous, the restaurant served amazing delicious food that could be sent as room service and the massage parlour nearby was just as wonderful. It's definitely worth a stay and is walking distance to the pier, a fantastic dive shop Island Divers right in front and was easy to get to and from! Big love for this hotel and will definitely come back!

Hotel in good location. Room was fairly basic but clean, shower was adequate. Pool right outside our patio, but we did have a Grand Deluxe room. Safe didn't work properly so the reception had to provide us with a key to operate it. No kettle in the room, just a water heater which didn't work well, and took an age for the water to get hot enough for a tea/coffee.

The room wasn’t bad considering the price and the view of the area ,but the mattress was a Little hard,there was a problem with the toilet flush but we called them and they fixed it ,there was a safe that we could put our belongings in but it wasn’t working , the staff were okay and you get two bottles of water every day in the morning ,the area had alot of mosquitoes though so the spray is a must at least 30 mins before entering and do not open the door unless u have to espacially at night as many of them will come inside

The hotel's location is excellent, and we really appreciate the team's effort in arranging a room with a nice view. However, they were very strict—each time we left the room, they asked us to leave the room key at the front desk. Having to put in extra effort for this was quite frustrating. The hotel staff did help us with our luggage. We requested an extra hour for check-out, but they didn’t approve it. It's fair to say they were rather unaccommodating. Also, there has been a landslide on the road behind the hotel. It’s an unfortunate situation for the hotel, and you might prefer not to stay there for your own safety. Also, we didn’t like the coffee and tea.

I really liked the hotel, the windows overlooked the opposite side from the road, it was very quiet. Aostel is very comfortable, great... The hotel is in the center of the island, everything is nearby, and the beaches, and the pier, and cafes with exchange offices. The owners of the hotel are very friendly. And there are also three cute cats living there))

We had a perfect stay at Phi Phi @ Pier Hotel. The place is brand new, spotless, and in an amazing location—walking distance from the best spots on the island. The rooms are extremely comfortable and offer the most stunning views. Maya at the front desk always greeted us with a friendly smile and was incredibly helpful with anything we needed. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel and can't wait to return. Thank you!

Hotel is well mantained and clean. Location is ok, cons it’s close to a market and the area doesn’t seem so clean, pros… you can easily get anywhere and there are a lot of good restaurants and bars nearby plus it’s a 3 min walk to the pier. Service is super good! Always friendly and willing to give you recommendations… and yes it’s recently renovated

This hotel is right on the beach, close to everything and they even have connecting rooms for bigger families. The wifi is not so great but the breakfast is good. The view from the hotel is amazing.

I want you all to listen to me, if you have kids this is the hotel that you need to take your family to. It's clean there's no rock and roll noise at night. As a father who brought his family here to play this is the only hotel that I found that was the best one. Don't risk taking your family to other places that have loud music and terrible smells. This hotel was the most amazing hotel I've seen on this island and I've been to this island five times. The rooms were outstanding they were fantast and so comfortable

I was very satisfied with the location. It was easy to walk to both beaches, and even restaurants that looked far on Google Maps were just a 10-second walk down the side street next to the building.
