Hotels in Ton Sai Bay, Phi Phi Islands

Great place to stay for the price. Nice beach right in front of the hotel and close to the pier, but far enough away to keep it quiet. Other reviews said there was no hot water, but my hot water worked perfectly. The hotel was a little difficult to get in touch with. We wanted someone to meet us at the pier to help get our luggage to the hotel (a service they offer), but couldn't contact them to schedule it. We tried email, whatsapp, calling, and even had Trip try to contact them for us with no luck. Luckily the hotel is only a 10-15 minute walk from the pier so it wasn't too bad.

Hotel with a private beach and a large pool, specially designed rooms, balcony with sea view, TV, bathrobe, coffee corner, a 12-minute walk from the ferry and the central location, but worth the view and quiet of the area.

Near to Ton Sai Pier and they arranged pick up plus porter services to and from the pier, which is very thoughtful. Room is spacious and the view is overlooking the beach. Staff are very friendly and go the extra mile. Absolutely happy with my stay.

The hotel was nice - view from the room was brilliant! However do note this hotel is not accessible: the hike to the room was difficult even for people in their 30s. It’s also quite far away from the town. Pool is rather dated. Longtail boat transfer to and from the pier was great bonus!pity that the reception staff weren’t nice - in all other hotels in Thailand we were welcomed with a big smile, but here the check in took forever and the staff seemed to look at the customers as a bother

Disadvantages: 1. The room is so small that the bed is against the door. When entering and exiting the room, the mattress will be scratched. Two girls can't turn around. The bed is very high, which is not friendly to girls under 160cm. It's hard to sit on the bed! 2. There is no kettle. If you want to drink hot water, you need to go to the service desk to pour it. 3. There is no window in the room, but it doesn't feel stuffy when the air conditioner is turned on. 4. There is no elevator, only stairs, which is inconvenient to take luggage. Advantages: 1. The bed is very soft and slept very comfortably. 2. The bathroom is spacious, with complete disposable toiletries, no slippers 3. It is very close to the pier/beach, 3 minutes walk 4. There is a full-length mirror, which is convenient for girls to put on makeup, and the light is very good 5. Free double lunch buffet is provided every day

Phi Phi Cabana Hotel offers a convenient location, just a 5-minute walk from the bustling main pier. The friendly staff provided helpful service, enhancing our overall experience. The hotel's amenities, including the large pool, were satisfactory. However, we were slightly disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms. The room was full of mosquitos upon arrival. While the hotel's location, service, and amenities were commendable, we believe that a higher standard of cleanliness is necessary to fully elevate the guest experience. Despite this, Phi Phi Cabana Hotel remains a solid choice for those seeking a comfortable stay on Phi Phi Island.

This is my birthday trip, i totally miss this place so much , location,and staff are amazing. I will be back soon :)

Hotel in good location. Room was fairly basic but clean, shower was adequate. Pool right outside our patio, but we did have a Grand Deluxe room. Safe didn't work properly so the reception had to provide us with a key to operate it. No kettle in the room, just a water heater which didn't work well, and took an age for the water to get hot enough for a tea/coffee.

Absolutely adored this place. Did a lot of research to find a modern and clean decor to find this completely gem right in the heart of Phi Phi! It's newly renovated, king-sized bed, Netflix, bath and swimming towels. Little more expensive than the other hotels and inns around but still affordable and worth every baht for the comfortable stay. The staff are helpful and friendly! I'm very picky with cleanliness and the furnishings so this was the best stay during my trip. Highly, highly recommend and would love to come back again.

This hotel is right on the beach, close to everything and they even have connecting rooms for bigger families. The wifi is not so great but the breakfast is good. The view from the hotel is amazing.
