First of all, let me start by saying how much we LOVED our stay. The location is absolutely stunning, and we had an amazing stay. First and foremost, I want to thank to all the staffs esp to Aj ( who made our stay extra special. The food for me was exceptional, they had a wide variety of cuisines, and I was there for 2 nights and didn't have a bad meal while I was there. I felt the food price was very reasonable given the location, service and quality Astoria set the bar incredibly high and for someone who considers themselves to have a vacation I would highly recommend this place.

Trip started with Kuya Darwin, one of their very friendly and competent drivers. Super near and accessible to nearby tours that you can book at the front desk. Our room was quite modern with a spacious and comfortable bed, with just the right amount of pillows! Food and drinks were a highlight being very affordable with great serving sizes! Overall great stay with all the amenities you need.

Wow, this place is truly magical. We really enjoyed every single moment of our journey here. We actually stayed at this resort for 4 nights and wanted to stay longer. Staff were always super helpful, kind and very polite from the very beginning. The food and drinks here are amazing. The view from our room was super beautiful. Do not hesitate to book at this resort. You won’t regret it at all. It’s completely worth it.

Spent two nights here after returning from an island hopping tour in El Nido. Large clean rooms with strong aircon, a reasonably sized bathroom, and good bed. Located in a barangay away from downtown, there isn't much in the area other than sari sari stores and occasional street food vendors. Water cooler outside for drinking water, but the pool and bakery were both closed for our stay. Airport shuttle was quite expensive at 500 pesos for two persons.

The location I would say for me was perfect. It's away from the crazy busy streets and rather peaceful. The gardens and surroundings are inside the resort at spectacular and you feel like just staying there and relaxing next to the pool. Service was very good with extremely friendly staff. I really would recommend this place. Excellent value for money and the food in the restaurant on site is also extremely tasty. The only negative thing I unfortunately must mention and this annoyed me a bit is the fact that the equipment in the gym room was out of order and when I asked about it twice was told it is broken and can not be fixed... and it was one of the reasons I chose this place because it had a place where I could do some excersizes in the morning. But apart from that it really is an amazing place and just about a 1km walk from one of the main streets with a lot of restaurants and bars.

My Amazing Stay at Best Western Plus, Puerto Princesa! Just wrapped up an unforgettable stay at Best Western Plus in Puerto Princesa, and I have to rave about my experience! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel so welcome. My room was a slice of paradise – spacious, immaculate, and so comfortable. ️✨ I spent my days lounging by the beautiful pool , indulging in rejuvenating treatments at the spa , and staying active at the well-equipped gym ️‍♀️. Dining at Anibong Restaurant was a delightful surprise – truly a hidden gem with fantastic cuisine! ️ The service there was impeccable, making every meal a treat. Special shoutout to the housekeeping team – top-notch attention to detail and cleanliness throughout my stay. A huge thank you to all the staff for making my visit so memorable. My husband and I stayed in one of the little huts with our own deck. It was so nice to relax in the hammock. Everything was clean and the staff were very quick to help if you needed something. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The food was delicious and they were able to make vegan for me. We walked down to the beach and back which I enjoyed because it was good exercise. The walk to the beach can be steep at times so wouldn't be good for someone with mobility issues. We loved it here and would definitely go back and recommend it to our friends.

I stayed here just one thing with my girlfriend, and I was absolutely amazed at their amazing service. Stayed in an executive room, the bed was really nice, with fluffy pillows. There is loads of space to put your luggage. The air condition was put at 16c when I arrived, highly recommend to put that temperature higher or you will end up getting a cold. The bathroom is really nice, no air condition in this room, but there is open area to the outside so it still has a nice feeling to it, though I felt the bathtub was not so clean so I didn't really feel like I wanted to take a bath there. Outside of the room is a sunbed, and two chairs and the pool is right next to the rooms. The pool has a bar, and a bell that u can ring to get staff if you want to be served anything. The breakfast area in the restaurant has a nice buffet, and other items you can order, like eggs, and bacon etc. That are cooked to order. Other buffet items are nice, some hot Filipino dishes, and some items for picky eaters from Europe (like myself haha). The staff are super friendly, and always very helpful.

Had the best time at The Funny Lion! They provided complimentary airport transfers and bikes, which made getting around so convenient. The staff helped us book tours and rentals, making our trip hassle-free. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with free tote bags, drinks, coffee and fruits. The variety of complimentary fruity drinks was a delightful touch. They're SUPER accommodating. Shout-out to Desiree and their general manager, Mike. And especially, Livia that's been in contact with me via WhatsApp. She on top of everything. While the food is a bit pricey, the 999 Saturday dinner buffet was super worth it. Our room was impeccably clean with the most comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was spacious, very clean, and had excellent water pressure. We appreciated the bidet and the abundance of towels. The peaceful atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable. They also gave us complimentary cookies and friendship bracelets when we checked out and even brought us to the airport. As first-time visitors to Palawan, The Funny Lion gave us the best vacation ever. Highly recommend!
