Excelente personal, sin embargo las instalaciones no son de lo más buenas, las habitaciones y los baños tienen un olor muy desagradable además de tener poco espacio, el desayuno se colapsa y termina muy temprano, bastante decepcionante aunque, repito, el personal es excelente

Si bien las habitaciones son básicas, se escuchan todos los ruidos de otras habitaciones, baño, ducha, etc. el desayuno más que básico, cosas dulces, nada de huevos revuelto, café en dispensador que sabes que es un simple café en polvo. Tiene buena ubicación, sobre todo si vas para Petrohue o los saltos. El precio no se condice con la oferta!!

Bonito entorno, amplio espacio pero precio no se coindice con servicio, desayuno sin huevos revueltos, no hay queso de la zona, no conseguimos café cortado en la tarde. Se ve limpio, pero no hurle a limpio. Habitación con piso de alfombra muy poco higiénico.

Es un hotel ideal para ir con niños, uno se puede quedar y comer ahí mismo y tienen menú infantil. La piscina temperada es muy agradable, lo único malo es que no tienen duchas ahí para enjuagarse pero de todos modos las habitaciones están muy cerca. El personal es cordial y amable. El restaurante abre un poco tarde eso sí para almorzar (15:30). Lo único que les recomendaría es tener alguna alternativa sin gluten para el desayuno, aunque sean unas galletitas de arroz.

El servicio y las atenciones, especialmente de Oscar, excelente! Muy servicial y dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo. Nos encantó y sin duda queremos volver en verano

Personal muy amable, agradable piscina temperada para relajarse aunque es pequeña, habitaciones cómodas, también tiene acceso al lago donde hay un lindo mirador. Lo único fome que las tinajas calientes no funcionaban, lo demás todo muy bien.
