The location is very good and is in a 10 min walking distance to Vatican museum, which is the greatest advantage of this hotel. There are also several useful bus lines and metro station nearby so you can go to nearly anywhere by public transportation. Other conditions are all acceptable given the price, though I expect the room to be larger. The staffs are very helpful and always give me clear instructions.

非常差的旅館，電梯壞了，不得不提着行李箱爬4層，提前也並未收到通知。這個房間非常小，是一間公寓隔出來的幾個小房間，大概不到20平米的空間放了一張雙人床，一個上下鋪，還隔離出一個衞生間，不適合最為家庭房，連行李箱子都無法展開。 沒有前台，衹有在偶遇打掃衞生的小姑娘，不會英語，通過電話聯繫她的老闆收了24歐每天的税費和冰箱中零食費，（攜程訂單顯示15歐的費用需要到店付）。還有18歐的小冰箱中零食的費用，兩包小堅果，兩個米餅大小的餅乾，和一瓶可樂。 如圖。 並未看到房間有價目表，本次旅行入住的入住的其他民宿提供的食物和水都是免費。 酒店是有明確的價目表，民宿的品質不僅沒有價目表還收取了比在弗洛倫薩住的四星酒店還要高的價格。 請攜程下架該旅館。

民宿距離梵蒂岡博物館10幾分鐘步行路程 距離聖彼得廣場 梵蒂岡城 從另一個方向走15分鐘左右 附近有傳統意大利早餐店（咖啡麪包可頌） 中餐廳 老成都 有小賣部可以買水 有葯粧店 也有不少餐廳可以吃到意麪或者披薩…
民宿在一棟住宅樓裏 有電梯 房間迷你 不過乾淨整潔 還可以有個客廳休息室在4樓 民宿接待小哥可以説英文非常友善 提前聯繫會把相關訊息發送郵箱 進入方便；還碰到了民宿的主人聊了很久

Kamer was super gelegen. Lekker in een rustigere wijk waar veel te doen was. Ook ligt het maar een paar minuten van het Vaticaan af dus dat was heerlijk. De kamer was echt heel netjes en de wifi is echt super snel.

Beautiful accommodations and a wonderful hotelier. Valeria was sweet, helpful, quick to respond to our questions and made wonderful recommendations on places to eat. There is a lovely sitting area where you can enjoy a cup of coffee, fill your water bottle and collect your thoughts. Many food options nearby as well as a Metro station. Easy walking distance to the Vatican. We used a cab to access the historic district as those sites are farther away.
There are renovations happening on the grounds and courtyard which prevented us from enjoying them. The elevator was also under construction and we could not use it.
We had a safe in our room and all entrances to the property, building and floor required an access code. This made us feel very comfortable. The rooms were cleaned daily and having WiFi access made it easy to stay in touch with home and research our tours and restaurants.
Having so many places to choose from and being first time travelers to Rome, we were very pleased.
