房東從頭到尾都沒有出現過，明明標註的服務時間都還沒結束人就消失了。而且我明明也已經告知我大概幾點會到了，他也確認過還鬧消失。如果真的不方便，至少把裝鑰匙的密碼鎖密碼給我也不至於害我被鎖在外面。差一點要睡門口，幸好有好心人幫忙！

Avevo letto le recensioni negative ma leggendo mi sembrava di sentire persone che con 2€ a notte pretendevano il castello dentro il Colosseo con colazione preparata da Cracco e il servizio di sterilizzazione del blocco operatorio per le pulizie... Ho preso una doppia per una notte e ho speso la bellezza di 40€ per due persone con colazione inclusa (tutto confezionato nel rispetto delle norme anti-covid) ho prenotato via telefono e la signora è stata fantastica subito disponibile e alla mano, quando sono arrivato lei era a lavoro e non poteva lasciare e invece dopo nemmeno 15 minuti è arrivata, mi ha mostrato la stanza e mi ha dato tutte e tre le chiavi, ho preso la stanza col bagno in comune che ho trovato molto pulito ma privo di bagnoschiuma monodose, anche la camera molto pulita, le lenzuola avevano un buon odore e in armadio ho trovato i cuscini alti oltre quelli bassi nel letto e la coperta pesante in caso di necessità. La stanza non è molto grande ma è ben organizzata, c'è la TV e l'aria condizionata.

Ottima struttura, 10 minuti a piedi dalla Stazione Termini e vicina alla fermata degli autobus. Da segnalare pulizia, cortesia della proprietaria e comodità delle stanze. Colazione abbondante e varia. Ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Da consigliare
