Accessibility and Convenience: The property offers easy access to public transport, with a metro station directly nearby. Its proximity to restaurants, shops, and attractions makes it ideal for exploring Rome without needing a car.

Let me start with the positives: the location of the apartment is very good; the Colosseum is about a 5mins walk away, and the Termini station is about 10mins. The staff, while were not able to help much with our situation, was generally friendly. BUT, the room we were given was in a terrible state, perhaps equivalent to a 1-star accommodation. The bed was old and musty, and the wardrobes were worn-out and shabby. The first night brought an unpleasant surprise: an awful moldy smell came from the air conditioning (which wasn’t even turned on!), and we only managed to fall asleep by keeping the windows open. We reported this to the staff, who told us that this smell sometimes happens when it rains, and their solution was to keep the windows open all day—which didn’t help much. Since the apartment is in a very busy area, it’s impossible to get a proper rest with the windows open, as the noise outside continues until about 2:00 am. This place absolutely doesn’t deserve its current rating, and I personally wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!
