The location is ok, 5 minutes from the subway station, just need to pay attention to the personal belongings of Rome. You can walk to that area behind the Plaza de España. The hotel is overall good and can store luggage

A wonderful family hotel, beyond all praise. It’s a shame that one thing overshadows it: there’s a shelf above the small sink, which makes it impossible to wash your face, and there’s no tap in the shower either, so it’s impossible to wash your face anywhere

The most satisfying hotel on this trip, although facing the street, is not noisy. Walk from the subway station for8-10 minutes. The breakfast was very good and the coffee was very good. Although the room is slightly smaller, the elevator is slightly smaller, it is enough. The request to add a quilt is also met.

Perfect position for the event we needed to attend and well connected with the tram.
Not too central if you want to walk around the city though.
Nice staff, all very friendly and welcoming.
Clean room, maybe a little small but it’s ok.
Spacious bathroom, although strange choice of location for the wc (if you’re tall you might hit the shower door, I certainly did). Vanity and welcome set were very appreciated, especially the slippers and the toothbrushes.
The breakfast is nice and has a lot of options, unless you’re vegan (hopefully they do and you just need to ask).
Overall, nice place.

The hotel is great, there are only 5 rooms in total, it is very quiet, the decoration is new and warm, the people are very nice, and the breakfast is also good. The elevator has a history of a hundred years and is very flavorful.
The location is particularly good to go out to the subway bus, opposite to the Piazza del Popolo, 10 minutes walk from Piazza del Popolo to the Plaza de España.

I went alone and it was an excellent location, next to the Praça Popolo shopping center and multi-brand stores. I walked to tourist attractions.

Let me say the conclusion first: If you want to be close to the attraction, you can set it! You can walk to Plaza de España, and there is a subway station nearby (5 minutes walk)
The room is very good! This price and location are basically difficult to find a hotel better than this environment in Rome. I have compared it for a long time before deciding. The house is also very large (compared to the hotel in Paris), whether it is the boss or the staff who are warm and welcoming every day are very good. The juice is also delicious every morning. The staple food is a bit monotonous, but it doesn't matter, it's almost the same for Chinese tastes... Open is the street view of Italy. There is a feeling that I am already a local resident, but the windows are not soundproof, but the noise outside the window basically does not affect sleep.

王王The hotel is a light luxury style, breakfast is not self-service, there are fixed meals. If you have something you want to eat, such as omelet, you can order something else. There are up to three cars in the hotel's small yard and there are no Chinese food around the hotel. The hotel has a high degree of privacy and is suitable for couples. It is not suitable for bringing a baby.

TTuomas LehteinenRoom was compact, but cosy and nicely furnitured. Own toilet and shower were little bit out of date, but they were part of room, which was very good. Unfortunately TV was not working and all sound were heard too good from hallway, lobby. Description of peace IS also little bit confusing, because there is no breakfast available. Airconditioner was good and silent. Location was little far from historic area, but there is tram right next to accommondation so day card is crucial for easy travelling.

Good water pressure from the shower and air conditioning with good functioning and silent besides .
I think they should have better communication with the guest. Before and during the stay. I didn't receive a quick answer to my pre-requests or the day before check in. The instructions were at the time of check in and for a conversation by WhatsApp in another language, it is the only critical thing.
