Rome Colonna Hotels

I recently stayed at an amazing aparthotel in Rome and couldn't recommend it enough! The beautiful front desk lady was incredibly helpful and patiently explained all the details of our stay. She even spoke perfect Chinese, making communication completely seamless. What a pleasant surprise! After check-in, she even sent us important information via WeChat, including nearby restaurants, pharmacies, and emergency contact information. This was a real relief for those of us who don't have access to many messaging apps abroad! The location is incredible! So many attractions are within walking distance. For more distant destinations, the bus stop downstairs is a hub, providing easy access to everything. The room was absolutely amazing—spacious, well-equipped, and even allowing for self-catering. There's also a supermarket nearby, making it incredibly convenient for groceries. Perfect for both sightseeing and a short stay! For those visiting Rome, take my word for it: this aparthotel is the perfect choice. It's a truly memorable experience and you won't be disappointed!

The third stop of our honeymoon in Italy - Rome! All roads lead to Rome, and Rome is full of ruins, which is amazing. First, we stayed at the Colonna Palace Hotel, which was amazing~ It was right next to the government facilities of Rome, and there were police cars all day long, which was very safe (so safe that the police blocked the area the next day, probably because there was a meeting! It was amazing, very safe). The breakfast on the top floor was also great, and the scenery was great to take pictures of. Then we went shopping, and visited the attractions in Rome, which was very satisfying!

1. First of all, the facilities in the room are not consistent with the pictures. The wardrobe is just a shelf, there are no tables and chairs, and there is no trash can in the room. 2. Every compartment on the towel rack is covered with thick dust🥹Don’t dare to use towels 3. The single bed creaks when you turn over. 4. Send WhatsApp messages throughout the process for self-service check-in. We didn't see any staff until we checked out. 5. The only advantage is that the hotel is very close to the fountain and Spanish Steps 6. Leave a message to us. The restaurants circled on the map and introduced are very good. 7. The city tax charged by the hotel was 7 euros more than what was charged on the booking form. I commend Ctrip’s customer service. After feedback, the customer service asked an agent to help me get the difference back. After I complained about the inconsistency in the hotel pictures, the customer service asked me to send him pictures and then took the initiative to apply for compensation for me👍Ctrip staff are still responsible

Breakfast is served across the street from the bakery and there is also a variety of coffee. The hotel is clean and tidy, with a good location, close to the Plaza de España and the Trevi Fountain. In short, it is recommended.

This is my first time in Rome as a Japanese person. I had a hard time choosing a place to stay, but I chose this one because it was easily accessible. It was the right choice. It was easy to get to everywhere, the balcony was spacious, and the evening drinks were great. The owner was also kind, so I think women would feel safe here. I'll come again!

Objection evaluation: Firstly, the location is great. You can walk to main scenes for around 20 minutes( except Vatican, 40minutes). And the taxi fee from Termini to hotel is 10 euros. Besides, you can take taxi conveniently because there is a taxi station nearby(around 100 meters). Secondly, the “check in” session is not convenient for guests who book this hotel for just several days ago. Because there is not a email with guides and you have to explore everything by yourself. The hotel is in a building, which also contains other hotels. It’s just close to Timberland and Apple store. And you can’t open the gate because it needs a key. Luckily, we met a person who lives there and he let us in. Then you should take the elevator to 5th floor and walk downstairs for a half floor. Now you will find that you don’t have the password to get in. We knocked the door but nobody answered. So we made a phone call and sent our information by sms. And finally, later an employee came out. She is a good person and it seems like that she also does housekeeping. Thus she may not hear our knocking. The room has a beautiful view. But you can hear car horn. There were no free water, slippers or toothbrush. You need to prepare by yourself. And the bath pipe was broken and it leaked a lot of water. Also we couldn’t find the switch for exhausting fan in restroom. That is what I experienced in this hotel. Overall the hotel is fine. Hope my experience can help more people~
