The room was comfortable, and we appreciated being able to open the window for some fresh air. The front desk staff were friendly, and housekeeping was prompt, though the sheets weren't changed daily. There's a water refill station on the 5th floor, and the hotel terrace offers a nice view of the Rome skyline. Breakfast was decent.
The hotel's location is super convenient, with many attractions within walking distance in every direction. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and shops nearby, including a Chinese restaurant right across the street. Taxis are also easy to hail. We were traveling with a child and didn't use public transport, so I can't comment on that.
The main issues were the lack of a mini-fridge in the room and the air conditioning being a bit noisy, though it didn't disrupt our sleep.
