"From the panchal family, a big thanks to Perenia / Rashi / Mayank @ front desk, the wonderfully friendly night staff girl at the harbour bar and the super friendly & knowledgeable waiter from nagaland in the Indian restaurant. They made our stay effortless, memorable, and they showed they really do care. My mum had visited 50 years ago - I had no idea. No body said no, they just did their best to delight. Staff even come outside to say good bye. My parents loved being there, they still talk about it."
