Rixos properties in Serik

Room service was subpar, and the cleaning wasn't thorough. My bedding wasn't changed daily, and slippers weren't provided. Also, some toiletries were missing. The food selection was vast and varied, but honestly, it wasn't very tasty. On my last day, I actually got food poisoning, and I only ate and drank at the hotel. For the price and a 5-star rating, this hotel definitely doesn't deliver.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! Everything was incredibly clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully arranged. I was traveling with my child, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to families. The kids club was fantastic, running from 9 AM to 11 PM, which made our stay so much more relaxing. The magic show was absolutely amazing — even I couldn’t figure out how the magician did it! There were also great activities like paddle boarding. A special thank you to Bayram Bey at reception for helping me get a room in the main building, and to Ali Rıza Bey for assisting us with the shuttle to the kids club. Their kindness made a big difference. The food was delicious, and having a heated pool was a huge bonus. We had an unforgettable holiday and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended for families!

Nice hotel, new! The guys are trying hard. But still, staying more than two nights gets boring. Be prepared that the large room with a separate living room on the lower floors has a view of the wall. 🤣, photo attached. )))) Naturally, the enterprising guys initially tried to put us in a worse room, which spoiled the initial impression a bit, but after relaxing at dinner (by the way, everything was very tasty) and going on the slides, we got over it. A surprise awaited us in another room: the air conditioner in the bedroom didn't work, my husband slept in the living room... It took them 24 hours to fix it. 🤦🏻♀️ Instead of riding the slides, I sat with the repairmen in the room, explaining five times what needed to be done... When they brought a fan, I honestly laughed out loud. The room was just decently priced, not cheap. But if you're positive, nothing will spoil your vacation. 💪. I took off a star for the view of the wall, and for the sleepless night in the heat, and for the next day wasted repairing their air conditioner)))

We recently stayed at Rixos Premium Belek and overall the hotel was truly beautiful. The resort itself was impressive — the architecture, landscaping, and overall atmosphere were stunning. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well designed. The food quality was also very good with a wide variety of options, which we really enjoyed. However, there were a couple of points that I believe the hotel management should pay attention to. Before our arrival, our confirmed reservation was attempted to be cancelled twice due to what was described as a “local market / nationality agreement.” As guests, this was quite concerning and stressful since it happened very close to our check-in date. Fortunately, the issue was eventually resolved and we were able to keep the reservation, but situations like this can affect guests’ confidence when planning their stay. During our stay, we noticed that the service in the buffet restaurant could have been more attentive. On one evening, the waiters passed by our table several times without offering drinks or asking if we needed anything. At one point I asked for a fork, but unfortunately it never arrived before the restaurant was closing. The staff did not appear very attentive or welcoming in this area. On a more positive note, the service at Piazzetta Italiana was very good — professional, attentive, and a clear highlight of our dining experience. There was also a small incident in the lobby area that felt disappointing. While a staff member was refilling welcome snacks and drinks (presumably for arriving guests), I approached to take a juice and was told quite abruptly “not for you.” While I understand there may be rules, the way it was communicated felt impolite and not in line with the level of hospitality expected from a hotel of this standard. Aside from these points, the hotel itself was excellent and offered a very beautiful environment for a holiday. With more consistency in service and guest interaction, the overall experience could easily match the high standard that the resort represents.
