"This hotel offered excellent value for money. We came as two families, and first off, the rooms and common areas were spotless. The kids had a great time at the pool and on the beach. It was a nice touch that they had their own dedicated area on the beach. Although the food selection wasn't huge, the quality met our expectations. The staff were all very warm and attentive. Ali and Efe, who worked at the pool bar, were always helpful with our drinks and requests, and always had a smile on their faces. Armatör Fatih Bey also helped make our holiday more enjoyable. It's a very safe place, we felt comfortable letting our children roam freely. It was a great experience, I highly recommend it."

"I stayed here for two weeks with my child and absolutely loved everything. The staff were polite and friendly, the food was delicious, the grounds were beautiful, and the beach was stunning. They have a kids' club, a playground, and a mini disco every day for children, plus daily evening shows for adults. I especially liked the restaurant: it had a beautiful view, friendly staff, and tasty food. My overall impression was unfortunately soured at the end by two very rude women at the reception. One is named Anna, and I can't recall the other's name, but she had short, red hair. However, Olcay was a very pleasant and helpful employee."

"A very cozy family-run hotel with a wonderful spacious room overlooking the pool. It's very convenient that the pool is open until 10 PM! The friendly man at reception, who I understand is also the owner, showed me around and explained everything. There's a kitchen, tea, coffee machine, and water available. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, with tables, hammock chairs, and more."

"I recently had a truly disappointing experience at this horrible hotel ,that I feel compelled to share. We booked a stay expecting a comfortable and enjoyable experience, but unfortunately, it quickly turned into a nightmare. Our trip was derailed when my daughter fell ill on way to bookin. Understanding the situation, we expected some empathy and flexibility from the hotel management. Instead, we faced a cold refusal to issue a refund for our stay despite our predicament. This lack of compassion and understanding during a stressful time was incredibly disheartening. I would not recommend this unpleasant hotel anyone looking for hospitality and understanding during tough situations. It’s disappointing to see a business prioritize profit over customer care. Save your money and choose a hotel that values its guests!"

"We were at the hotel from May 22 to June 5. This is our fourth visit to this hotel. We chose this hotel because of its active animation, and our daughter chose it. We are satisfied with our vacation. The food is rated 4 out of 5, but you won't go hungry. The bars offer a variety of cocktails. The rooms require renovation. The animation is very active, with activities such as water aerobics, darts, bot chat, volleyball, and a fun mini-club that operates in the evenings. The animation rewards active children. There were always enough sun loungers. We'll come back if the price doesn't go too high. The hotel in Belek is the most affordable."
