The Residences building is located in a very convenient location where the Metro Line 4 (Tangqiao Station) is just in front of the building and the Nanpu Bridge by the sides. It is 40 minutes drive from Pudong International Airport and 35 minutes from Hongqiao Airport.

Sheraton Pudong is my favorite hotel since the first time I set foot in Shanghai (2018), I just love the place and comfort here. Amazing place next to a Mall and Metro station, lovely and corteous staffs! Will always stay here everytime I come to Shanghai!

I stay in this apartment for a few days every year, mainly because it is closest to Renji East Hospital. The service is very good, but the facilities are a bit old.

Let's talk about the hardware first: 1. The room facilities are old, which is completely consistent with the star rating and room rate. 2. The shower is broken, and the shower head cannot be used normally, so it can only be handheld. 3. The door can only be closed, and the door lock is broken, so it cannot be locked from the inside (imagine the panic of the night) 4. The door of the wardrobe cannot be closed tightly, so the light in the wardrobe is always on, causing the light to be on all night.
What's even more speechless is that the manager of the room management department communicated with the problem the next day and promised to feedback it as soon as possible, but there has been no reply.
Such a working attitude towards customers and handling complaints is really inconsistent with the name and charges of the hotel! I will never stay again! Remind other consumers to choose carefully!
