Crystal Orange Hotel Shanghai Chongming Nanmen

It was my first time staying at Orange Hotel, and I was very surprised! I felt like a five-star hotel from the underground garage! Very modern, clean, and upscale! The front desk guy was very nice and professional! The room was large, clean, and comfortable. I must praise the quilt and pillow. I slept very well! The toilet and bathroom were very clean and modern! The breakfast was absolutely great! Milk and coffee were all available! The waiter was very nice! I will book Orange Hotel next time I book a hotel!

Service: The attitude of the front desk at check-in was very cold. It might be because they were working during the Chinese New Year. They looked sad the whole time. There were 2 orders for three nights in total. I specifically told them when I checked in, but the room card was only opened for two days. I had to go to the front desk to reactivate it on the third day. The front desk looked sad again. It was a nuisance during the Chinese New Year. The staff I met in the restaurant were all nice and cheerful. Except for the restaurant front desk, they were never on duty.

It was so cold at night! I came to check in at around 12 o'clock. The girl at the front desk brought me a bottle of warm mineral water! It was really thoughtful. She also gave me a coffee cup when I left. The overall service environment was very good😊 I also added WeChat. Next time I will come to Xiao Shuai Shuai to book a room and apply for membership next time😀
