外滩景观府邸公寓

Room was at very nice location and the owner of the appartment provided all the amenities.

The facility overall is great but maybe for the towel could be better it was too thin for us, the place is quite near to tourist locations like the Bund, Nanjing road, and others by car. The owner is also very responsive🔥 and the room is the same as the one given in the pictures.

Came into the building after a long flight, and was met by the hostess. Building lobby had limited air conditioning. She let us up into the rooms before we checked in to put down our luggage. Upon entering, there was a dead cockroach and one skittering across the floor. This issue was brought up right away and hostess just picked up the dead cockroach and said she will spray the place and offered to move us to another apartment in the building. When asked for refund or cancellation, she said we had to pay for atleast one night. We did not end up checking in at all, paid for a night we did not stay at and went across to another hotel.

Staff is nice, accommodation is good too!
