The room was clean, new, and good value for the price. The hotel is located near Pudong Airport and offers a shuttle service, but the shuttles are infrequent, not every hour. At certain times, there’s only one shuttle per hour, so you need to manage your time carefully.
What was disappointing was when I spoke to the hotel and told them I was running to the pickup point at 2 AM. The bus left right in front of me, and I was less than 15 seconds late. The driver of the next shuttle saw me running and waving from a distance but didn’t inform the departing bus. The hotel staff I spoke to also didn’t help by notifying the driver. This made me waste another hour waiting. It was really frustrating. It might be better to find a hotel with more frequent shuttle services.

This time I booked for the second time this week because I have to drop my friend off at the airport in the morning so I choose this hotel again for the convenience of going to the airport in the morning with the hotel's shuttle to the airport but I was a little disappointed when I dropped my friend off at the airport but on the way back I had to call an online taxi back to the hotel myself because there is no airport shuttle service in the morning - later before you check in to the hotel near the airport you have to study the hotel's shuttle to the airport well otherwise you will encounter the same situation as me.🙁

I really love the room, everything was so clean. I really appreciate the stay so much! The staff were so nice as well. And the location is really near to Pudong Airport. Will definitely go back everytime I have a chance to go to Shanghai

As a foreigner tourist it was a little hard to communicate with the staff through the phone since none of them spoke English, but they managed to contact me through We Chat and that made everything easier.
It's a pretty comfy hotel, ideal for short stays if you plan to go to Disneyland or need to stay close to the airport. I was able to take complimentary rides to both places -arranged by the hotel staff and that made my last days in China better.
There's a McDonald's, Pizza Hut, local restaurants and even a Walmart around, and there's a bus station as well (you can take the only route that pass by there and it will take you to a subway station for line 2 -the one that stops at Nanjing road).
Overall it was a nice experience

My room really smelt disgusting, the room was quite dirty, the walls are paper thin and although the hotel advertises a hotel pickup service it only operates one service every hour and so when I arrived the timing was not convenient for me. Would not recommend.

The staffs were very nice, they tried to communicate through a translation app.
It was also very convenient that we could take a shuttle bus connected to the hotel and the airport.
There were toothbrushes and slippers in the room.
