The room is great, new, and highly intelligent; The public area is great, the rooftop is absolutely the best in the surrounding area, and the laundry room is clean and convenient; The catering is a bit bad, it's not the hotel's fault, the staff is very hard-working, I saw guests venting their anger and scolding the staff during the holidays, the five meals a day are very hard work, the quality of the guests is not good, the first 15 minutes of lunch and dinner are as terrible as the refugee camps fighting for food, the top of the head will hit the plate, the waist will have a plate to push you forward, and you often see people who fight for food have a small hill of braised pork, boiled shrimp... After 15 minutes, 95% of the plates in the food pick-up area are empty, and later customers complain. There are also people who hold the chopsticks in their hands and run around, causing other guests to not have chopsticks. Some can't wait to take the food from the plate with their own chopsticks, which is disgusting. There are also guests who smoke in the dining area after dinner. Every day, you can see people who fight for food fiercely. After the table is dispersed, many of the food they grabbed can't be eaten and wasted, and the guests who didn't grab a few vegetables and mix rice. The staff also complained, saying that some people stole paper towels and toothpicks, and that people often brought dozens of tea eggs to the room, all of which were intended to be taken away.
