空調效果不好，特別冷的天氣空調開了兩三個小時温度都升不上來。
一次性拖鞋薄得像紗一樣，出門走兩步怕是會踩破。
熱水效果很好，就是温度太高了，有好幾次被熱水燙到手。
窗户薄薄衹遮百分之六十的光
門口的線沒固定好，出門差點被線絆住摔一跤。

民宿的位置非常好，緊鄰武康路淮海中路，離地鐵站也比較近。吃飯購物也方便，店鋪很多。雖然是老房子但是挺安靜的。房間很乾凈，房主人也很好，溝通很愉快。
