The front desk lady 小卢 is very helpful in arranging the luggage for us to another hotel as we had to travel to Hangzhou for 2 days before coming back to Shanghai. Very clean environment and convenient. next to a station

The hotel staff does a bare minimum. The only good experience that we had was with the housekeeping ladies that were very kind and professional.
The breakfast is varied amd looks nice but most of the food is not really tasty.

Not recommended.
1. google sent us to a different location, stated only 300m from train station but we end up walking for more than 1km.
2. no signage at all at the ground floor or outside building saying the hotel is on the 11th floor.
3. we were given the smallest room without window.

Excellent location. 3 mins walk to the entrance of Shanghai Railway Station and 5 mins to the Metro entrance.
