The room was terrible. I come to Shanghai once a year and have never stayed in such a bad hotel. The hygiene, the smell in the room, the room facilities, the noise of the central air conditioner outside were too loud. I basically didn't sleep all night. It's simply indescribable. There is no elevator. I live on the second floor and I have to carry a large suitcase. The attitude of the front desk staff is also not good
