Plus: Hotel is newly renovated. Smart design with most necessary amenities. Convenient location near East Nanjing Pedestrian Street with lot of nice street food stalls around.
Minus: Rooms are quite small. Receptions speak no English though some tried using translation application.
I deducted 1 point because of the bad experience in checking in. That hotel personal did not communicate in English at all with no service mind. Other than that, all the experience was good. The reception another day even granted us complimentary late check out upon request.

The rooms are clean, and the mattress and pillows are super comfy!
Lots of tasty food at breakfast to start the day. You can make a coffee to take with you.
The staff are warm, friendly, and attentive, making the experience truly enjoyable.
A standout feature is the 3 washing machines and 3 dryers, which adds incredible convenience, especially for longer stays. There is even a small gym with a treadmill, bike, bench, and weights
A special mention goes to the hardworking aunty who takes care of supper and laundry—her dedication and effort truly shine!
Lastly, thank you to the Manager, Ms 謝，who is dedicated to the hotel and genuinely cares for the guests. 🥰

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, the service was top-notch, with the staff greeting you and holding the lift for you. The pleasant surprise was the porridge supper that was available from 9.30 to 11 pm! We will stay at this hotel again during our next trip to Shanghai!

This time staying at Yadu, the experience is full! As soon as I stepped into the hotel, the doorman smiled and greeted me, "Hello, welcome!" That warm greeting instantly dispelled the fatigue of my journey. When I checked in, the front desk staff asked with a smile, "Hello, do you have any special needs?"
At the elevator, the cleaning lady also stopped her work and smiled and said, "Hello, please go first!" When I entered the elevator, I met another staff member who politely nodded and said, "Hello, I hope you have a pleasant stay!" When I arrived at the room, the room service brought the welcome fruit in no time, "Hello, this is the fruit prepared for you, please enjoy it slowly."
At the hotel restaurant, from the moment you enter the door, "Hello, this way please!" "Hello, here are the dishes." "Hello, your dumplings are ready, please enjoy." The greetings are endless. During the meal, the waiter would come over from time to time to ask, "Hello, do you like the dishes?"
Even when taking a walk in the corridor, every time they make eye contact with the staff, they will greet them: "Hello!" "Hello, how was your day?" Whether it's going to the gym, the staff will greet them warmly and politely. Moreover, the hotel staff not only greet the guests, but also greet each other with a smile when they meet. During my stay here, I heard at least 50 sincere and warm greetings. This meticulous service is really great. I will come again next time!

Hotel is super new & we loved the amenities in the room and hotel. There’s many little amenities in our room (eg, wireless chargers on table, disposable coffee cups for hot drinks), that makes you feel like the hotel really knows how to make you enjoy your stay. Their laundry room has machine that can wash many types of clothes (including puffer jacket), and they can even send it up to your room for free. Many of little extra service things really adds up bc even big international chain hotels don’t really do this. Also, their service was excellent. A super big thank you to 慕缘 for always helping us with our courier items, and he’s always wearing a cute smile on his face. Also many thanks to 嘉麒 for doing his best in checking in & out for us. The other staffs were nice as well. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here again. I’m not fussy but I feel like this hotel would satisfy people with high standards LOL. Also, bed n pillow is memory foam 😩👌🏻👌🏻
