The service attitude of the cleaning sister is naturally no problem, but it is understandable that the training is not in place due to the small scale. Although I know that many hotels use guest towels to wipe the pool, is it really unavoidable? Now the materials are not valuable. It is not difficult to buy dozens of rags and replace them frequently. You can't clean like this in front of the guests... In addition, how can you wash the mop in the guest pool? Don't you have your own operation room? 😂 The first time the sister noticed that I noticed it, she explained that she would help me clean the pool in a while, and then she mopped it once. There was a stinky smell of the mop. The sister said that it was the smell of the new floor, but it was really stinky. I asked her to help wash the mop with detergent and mop it again. The sister picked it up in the pool again 😂 I said no Have you just cleaned the room? Why don't you wash in the shower room? Finally, my sister suggested using 84 to mop the room. The room really smelled like a mop nest, and it was 84 again. The smell of the decoration made me feel homeless for two hours before it dissipated. Prepare a few more sturdy and easy-to-use new mops, rinse them with laundry detergent after cleaning each room, to avoid a sewer smell when mopping... You can consider changing the supplier of tissue paper. It's really a bit like sandpaper and feels quite sharp. The dead corners of the shower room still need to be cleaned regularly with oxalic acid. Otherwise, if the cleaning is not standard, even if there is no concern about the air quality of the new hotel after a year, there will be concerns about hygiene issues!
