this was my second time staying at this hotel and the quality was the same. Somethings could be improved. The normal cleaning the walls had some marks and so did the floor of the room, and the shower glass had some water stains . More attention could be paid to the cleaning . The bedding was clean but both the sheet and duvet cover had tears.
The only downside this room didn’t have any full length mirrors which was a little frustrating.
The breakfast was also pretty decent .

Room is clean and there is housekeeping everyday. There is robot to send up your deliveries which is super convenient.
There is also laundry and dryer room for you
to wash your clothes which was great.
Eva was also super helpful helping us with check in and luggage deposit during check out!
The cafe downstairs also serves nice drinks at a good price. Would visit this hotel again.

Clean and spacious room. Good equipment. Cleaning every day. Many cafes and malls around.
Slightly far from metro, but by taxi there are 3 different metro stations.
The problem is that the staff only speaks Chinese, so if you don't, your only option is a translator.

The hotel is bigger compared to other hotels in SH. The room is clean and nice. I like there's a movement sensor in the bed and toilet. It is located conveniently among the eatery and Wu Kang Road. Nice stay!

I want to give my deep appreciation to David who goes beyond his responsibilities at the counter. I was asking him for places of interest and he introduced me many places after doing some research. Also he helped me to book grab when my phone is not able to do so. He is helpful, and sensitive to the guests’ needs. All the other counter staff (I didn’t get their names) are also very friendly and extend their help when requested. It makes my stay very enjoyable. Thank you.

Booked the Queen size room. Cleanliness is good, and the room is simple, which is suitable for families with kids. Location wise, there is a family mart beside the hotel, and many eateries nearby. The shower area is a bit small in terms of width. There's 2 washing machines and 2 dryers in the hotel FOC.

Sparkling new hotel that's pet friendly with spacious rooms. Nestled in a neighbourhood with lots of delicious eateries and restaurants. Particularly love the cafe Silverflow at the lobby where hotel guests can get discounted coffee/tea delivered to their room.
