Totally disappointed! The Hilton Garden Inn is the worst so called "international chain" I have ever stayed at! Booked this hotel because of the Hilton brand, but the experience was like a cheap hostel. First of all, the room was as narrow as a pigeon cage. When the suitcase was opened, it blocked the aisle and it was difficult to even turn around. The facilities are shockingly outdated: the air conditioner makes noise like a tractor, the bedside socket has poor contact, and the buttons on the TV remote control don't work. The most outrageous thing is the bathroom. The shower is so small that you keep hitting your elbows against the wall while taking a shower. The toilet is directly opposite the sink, and when an adult sits down, his knees hit the glass door directly! There is zero soundproofing, and the footsteps in the corridor and the flushing next door are so clear that they seem like live broadcasts. The so-called "service" made matters worse: the front desk had a poker face the whole time, and when I asked to change rooms, they said "the room was full", but I heard that other guests were successfully upgraded. The breakfast options were pitifully limited, the coffee was as weak as water, and even Hilton's signature cookies were missing. There was not even an apology when checking out, as if the customer's dissatisfaction was justified. With such hardware and services, the price is comparable to that of a five-star hotel? It's simply treating the guests as suckers! I advise everyone: It is better to spend half an hour looking for other hotels than to fall into this Hilton sign.

The hotel is located on Changning Road, in a great location with a convenience store downstairs. The first floor is the restaurant + reception. The room was very clean and quiet at night. I particularly like this pillow. It's a rare opportunity to find one that makes sleeping so comfortable. The staff service was also great. praise!
