But the male employee at the front desk took the initiative to offer to change me to a four-person room, and I felt grateful to "Denba New World Store" at that time. But the next day, I was asked to change the room, and the problem was not told to me the night before. I have never seen such business in all these years of backpacking. OK, I understand! I don't want to be petty, I originally booked a six-person room. It's not easy to do business these days, so I just changed the quilt I had already put on, and I didn't want to put on the quilt again after staying for two nights. The lady on duty also took the initiative to help, thank you. For this, I am still willing to give five stars. What really makes me incomprehensible is how to send people to install the cabinet locks and clean before the guests check out? They came to drill holes at 9 o'clock, and to clean at 10 o'clock. But what did they do from 12 o'clock to 14 o'clock? If you can't finish the task within the specified time, you should find the reason from yourself. This is my first time staying in the brand of Dengba, and I am really disappointed in the details. By the way, I understand that youth hostels need to put on the three-piece set of quilts, sheets, and pillows, but many guests use them directly without putting them on. The quilt liner is actually quite dirty... The store owner should also know, but they don't cover themselves anyway. This is a quality issue, not Dengba's own, and has nothing to do with Dengba. I sincerely hope that you can really improve, but if you really don't listen to my opinions, there is nothing I can do. Anyway, you don't lack guests, right?
