The hotel is very new, 5 minutes away from the subway station. We arrived very late, and the front desk Xiao Hu upgraded us to a room with a terrace. Drinks and snacks were also sent in the room, and there was free airport pick-up service. The only drawback was that the sound insulation was not very good. Overall, it is a good choice to stay here when going to Pudong Airport

Got upgraded to a room with a terrace but didn't use it as our stay was short. The hotel is very new and the room smells great. I don't know if it's because of the terrace, but there are a lot of bugs. I hope this can be improved.
We booked an airport drop-off service for the next day and were able to reach Pudong Airport in half an hour, which was very convenient.

I stayed in room 240 on the 20th, and the front desk service was OK;
1. The sound insulation is extremely poor. I was woken up by someone blowing their nose in the next room at three o'clock in the morning. It lasted for 20 minutes and was very clear, just like blowing your nose in your own bathroom. Also, the music from the bathroom came in with the air conditioner, and the sound was comparable to the sound of the TV welcoming guests when you first enter the room, not to mention opening and closing the door in the corridor.
2. The smell is very strong and pungent. I woke up in the middle of the night and felt choked and couldn't fall asleep. Moreover, the room has no windows, but a fake window behind the electric curtain. It is useless to have only a purifier in the room for physical purification.
I woke up around 3 a.m. and couldn't stand it anymore, so I went to the airport.
