I stayed three nights in a row and had a fantastic experience! The staff were all very friendly and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I'm especially grateful to Simon, Ashley, and Jason for their hospitality. They provided so much help during my stay, which made my stay truly wonderful and a perfect home away from home! New hotel, 2025, nice decor.
After checking in, the lobby attendant (a man with glasses) was very passive. You have to ask for breakfast times. There's no instructions for using the welcome drink, and there's no instructions for the free drinks in the room's refrigerator.
Breakfast ends at 10:00 AM, and by 9:55 AM, I was constantly checking my watch. It's stressful.
The pillows were too soft, and after sleeping for three days, my neck and head were in severe pain.
There are so many Moxy hotels in Shenzhen North. I don't recommend this one in Shanghai!
