The pleasant white tea smell filled the air the moment the door opens, I was warmly greeted by the front desk lady who was so kind to lead me to the elevator, and she even advised me where and how to get to the nearest mall. She even showed me how to use the washing machine and dryer! (She even help clients to change dryer after wash so tt the washer is freed up for other user. Amazing service yet sadly I didn’t get her name. Room is sparkling clean and smart room w limited voice control (if you can speak Chinese only). The only disadvantage is there are no malls nearby within walking distance, only via didi about 10-15min. Or you have to order in using Chinese app which mine failed. But good thing is the hotel provide simple supper. Breakfast is simple Chinese food… so prepare you own if you’re not keen in Chinese breakfast. Overall, experience is great n clean n definitely amazing service.

There were big insects in my room 2 days continuously , and it was too noisy at night. I asked for help but they just offered changing the room.

接我之前評論，我是攜程超級VIP會員，一年陪孩子全國各地打比賽，我很少寫評論，如果不挨咬，我不會寫出來，誰也不容易。事情發生了，此店不想盡快解決，想的是拖，拖到延誤我回京而不了了之。10月5日報警協調被蜈蚣咬事件，才能得以解決。協調期間在大廳地下爬有紅頭蜈蚣，比咬我那衹還大，我沒敢上前照。前台服務人員慢慢悠悠地拿掃把拍打很久才死。從服務人員的表情及動作來看對於紅頭蜈蚣在酒店裡已習以為常了，看來是常客。因為是加盟店，私人開的店，此店店長沒有話語權，出事衹會點頭和説我去打電話協商一下，他們協商讓我又損失了400元，10月5日回京，改到10月6日回京。至今未退房費，衹給了精神損失費和後續複診費。此費用還是在6點簽完諒解書的5個多小時（約23:53分）才給我。店長當警察麪説簽了就給，還讓我不許發攜程評論，發過的刪了，我不同意，警察説這是我權利。警察走了，錢卻遲遲不給，在19:30分時又説明天打給我，明早回京，又因我已多次被這店長騙，我不同意，執意在店內等。這店長用北京土話講就是塊“滾刀肉”。另外這店內所有人工作人員，包括管理工作人員孩子對店內有毒的紅頭蜈蚣都已是見怪不怪了，習以為常了。甚至在協商時華住公司管理加盟這店的員工跟我講她小時在農村打工時也被咬過。可想而知，我們客人生命在這裏得不到重視，被咬也就被咬了，因為人家都經歷過。每人的經歷不一樣，我是70年代土生土長的北京崇文區（東成區）獨生子女第一次被有毒蜈蚣咬為自己維權不應該嗎？
此店衞生很差，如房間地下還有很多上一客人頭髮，一樓衞生間垃圾桶不換，到處是臟衞生紙。一些客房外地毯很臟，我本想問你們1周吸幾次，打掃衞生人員説店內1個月吸1次，我把問話生生哽了回去，無語而笑。今天我所説的話可調他們攝頭，有證可查。

臨時來看比賽的，選了一家比較近的酒店，性價比很高，乾淨寬敞明亮，設施新，服務好的沒話説，熱情，效率高，基本有求必應，入住和退房還都送了伴手禮，住的很滿意！！！

酒店全新裝修的，環境非常棒，整個酒店瀰漫著的香氛讓人很舒適，前台服務態度很好很熱情，還有免得停車場，早餐品種很豐富，很滿意的一次入住體檢，值得推薦。
