Shanghai xujiahui Jianguo Hidden Hotel

I stayed here for five days and originally didn't want to write a review, but the little things I encountered every day accumulated and made me collapse, so I wrote a review in the middle of the night. First of all, the hotel is newly opened. There was a strong smell of formaldehyde in the lobby, and the smell in the two rooms was also very pungent. In order not to cause any trouble, we only asked to change one room (because that friend had rhinitis). After we checked in, the road was right next to the house and it was very noisy (see picture). The vibration when the air conditioner started was like an earthquake, but based on the principle of not causing trouble, we didn't say much. Moreover, we would book the next day's extension one night in advance and inform the front desk that we would be staying the next day. There was no need to knock on the door to ask if cleaning was needed. If cleaning was required, we would inform the front desk when we left. In this case, our two rooms experienced: the guest in the next room got up at 6 o'clock in the morning to play the flute, the housekeeper knocked on the door to wake us up to see if we needed cleaning, and a stranger wearing a mask tried to swipe the card to enter our room (later the front desk told us that other guests walked into the wrong room), and the sheets and quilts in the two rooms were not changed for five days (I couldn't help it when I came back at 1 o'clock in the morning on the last night, and asked the front desk clerk how many days to change the sheets and quilts if I extended my stay. The original words of the front desk were: the housekeeping manager told us that they were changed every day. Up to here, my patience was still very good, and I patiently reported the problem to the front desk every day, and I didn't expect them to solve it for me immediately. Until my throat was inflamed at noon today, I bought medicine and slept in the hotel in a daze. Even with the do not disturb sign hung at the door, I was still woken up by knocking on the door (the road noise woke me up countless times), until 6 o'clock in the afternoon I couldn't stand it anymore, and my throat hurt so much that I couldn't speak, so I typed on the memo of my mobile phone to show the front desk that I was out, the room needed to be cleaned, and the room card was renewed (the front desk renewed my room card by mistake). When I came back to my room at night, I found that my room was still the same as when I left. The bath towels and towels were not replaced, and the toilet was not cleaned. I finally broke down, sat on the bed and thought about life and wrote this review

This is a newly opened hotel with new facilities, bright decoration, spacious lobby lounge area, good room layout, comfortable living, and the staff has a strong sense of service and handles things quickly. I highly recommend staying here!

After taking a shower, I was locked in the shower room for 10 minutes. . . There is no handle inside the shower door, only this small section. After taking a shower, my hands and this small section are wet and slippery, and I can't use it as leverage. The most praiseworthy thing is that the service staff is very nice and considerate. Also, the closing noises of other rooms' doors in the corridor were quite loud and sometimes woke me up.
