酒店位置在居民區邊的園區內，交通還算方便，由於酒店是新開的，很多方面在磨合中，在住宿期間出現了斷水近一小時的情況，使客人在用馬桶方便很不方便。酒店的自助早餐還是不錯的，品種豐富性價比高，希望酒店各方面越來越好。

全季最新的酒店，設施這些肯定是沒啥問題。衞生方面唯一不滿意房間裏的小冰箱之前應該是被客人放過榴蓮，一打開小冰箱，整個屋子都是味道。酒店應該放點活性炭之類的給冰箱去去味。
本次最大的槽點在於前台把客人當日本人整，我去辦入住的時候説讓我掃碼有優惠，我想着應該是他有推廣任務，就給掃了碼。然後前台就讓我把手機拿給他，他去操作。還在我手機上給我下載了另外的單獨app！！！後面又問我要不要早餐，我以為是幫他完成了任務，額外送的早餐，我就説要吧。這時候把手機還給我説那付一下款就好了，我想着付就付吧，正好也體驗一下新店的早餐，付完款一看我付的是華住會的銀卡會員49元！我可以為早餐付款，但是請不要把客人當**。要推銷辦會員就好好推銷，別用這種欺詐的方式讓客人莫名其妙的辦一個會員。

玩了一天很疲憊，深夜十點左右來開房，安排的房間，一開門便是濃濃的煙味撲面而來，與巴台反應，過了一會就安排了樓上其他同樣房型的房間。後面我們準備到之前安排的房間去接孩子上來，一個主管或者經理樣的女人過來説要隨我們一起去安排的房間看看，一進去果然是聞到比較濃的煙味。畢竟這麼晚還這般折騰，我們以為會有什麼一點點小心意比如果盤類似的補償（當然我們也從沒有提出），可是我想多了，那位女人巡查一番直接撂下一句話走了，這句話便是：明天扣清潔阿姨的錢！
我們顯然被這句話給驚到了……各自無語面面相覷，這是什麼職業素質？這是應該對住客説的話嗎？當時太累了，我們就自行上樓休息了，但是想起這事兒，真是又氣又好笑。唉，全季啊全季，你房間設備都全智能先進，這服務素質的培訓可是連及格也夠嗆啊！軟實力還是要跟上的。
