There was mold on the wall, in the shower, in the ventilator and on the floor. Also the mattress was not there.

The rooms are very smoky. In my room there were no basic amenities. Kettle, cups etc. I enquired. The room was changed to another with a kettle but no cups. Very poor service. This is a backpackers hostel.

The hotel was too too basic. If you are looking at just stay for sake of train then it make sense. Else,the walls are too thin and the rooms smell and the is no ventilation. When u close the door if feels like the room is going to fall.

Great location, basic room, fairly clean, washing machine and fridge in the room- didn’t use them so not sure what they’re like. Towels provided.

Everything was ok however I left the hotel for a few hours and went to Nanjing Lu for food and sightseeing. Upon my return my suitcase had no lock on it which was a number lock. Clearly someone had opened the suitcase after spending some hours trying every combination. Two large knives had been added to my luggage and my degree certificates had been made damp. Perhaps not hotel staff that done it but the hotel must have gave them access.

The hotel is located close to all facilities, especially Shanghai Railway Station. Room service is available. The reception staff is very kind. Despite the language problem, they try to communicate with you. The price is very suitable for the hotel's location. I recommend it. I will come back again on my next visit.

It’s convenient as close to proximity of transportation, bus, metros, trains. Bao house rent for long term stays. Very close to rail track location. Noisy old trains and screeching noise not so comfortable to relax. No bottle of drinking water was provided daily. Still some refurbishing carried out.
