You need to take a taxi to the nearest subway station, Line 16 Wildlife Park Station, and the taxi fare is less than 20 yuan. In fact, you can also take the hotel's free shuttle bus, but there is only one shuttle bus, and you need to book it one day in advance. It will be sent to the subway station at 9:30 in the morning and picked up at 4:30 in the afternoon. Here are the most unsatisfactory places. On the day of check-in, the front desk asked if I needed to book the shuttle service for the next day. I said yes, and watched the staff register my mobile phone number and room number. The next day, I waited in the lobby ten minutes in advance and asked the staff if I would get on the bus at the door in a while. The staff said that they were not sure whether I had booked and needed to check. After five minutes, I saw that others had already got on the bus, so I went to the front desk to ask if there was my information and whether I would take the bus at the door. The front desk checked again and confirmed that I had registered. During this period, no one told me whether I should take this bus. Later, I asked the staff on WeChat whether I could get on the bus at the place where I got off (Subway Wildlife Park Station) at 16:30 for the return trip in the afternoon (because I heard the driver tell the guests who got off at the Wildlife Park to get on the bus at 16:30 for the return trip), and the staff said someone would contact me later. As a result, no one contacted me until the evening. On the third day, the staff called and asked me if I still needed the pick-up service I had booked before. I said I booked it for the next day and had already taken it. It was not a big deal, but I felt that the management was a bit chaotic and the experience was lacking.
