Level 10 house keeper on 06/05 provided great service. Kind and friendly. Helped with luggage. Hotel also has printing machine.

This hotel outdid itself, I am so impressed, they have so many good options for their breakfast and inner buffet, as a foreigner, you wouldn’t even realize you’re in China, they have options I have never seen in other hotels, the rooms are so calm, the pool is okay, went to swim, the location is okay, just next to shopping mall, I like the hotel so much,

Staying at the Novotel Shanghai Hongqiao for a few days was really comfortable, I got into a nice routine of relaxing in my room and using the hotel's stuff. After a busy couple of days seeing things, coming back to the hotel each evening felt like coming back to a cozy spot to recharge.

Great location near the metro station and shopping mall making perfect for shopping, dining and easy access to different parts of Shanghai.
The breakfast has a variety of cold and hot dishes and if you fancy staying in the hotel you can order your dinner.

Room is quite spacious and hotel is at an excellent location. Just beside the new and huge Shopping mall 🛍️ . Also a few minutes walk to the metro station.

The hotel is very nice. The service is warm. The location is convenient for trip and shopping.
Manager Lin 餐厅林经理 is very nice and helpful. She is friendly and kind to my families.
