It’s not good hotel for foreigners, because no one can’t speak English, it’s traditional hotels and hospitality is good

The location is perfect to explore the town, just walking distance to the tourist centre. The hotel is amazing and beautifully set out in an ancient house. Services and food was excellent. Our butler Edison was very helpful and looking after us all the way during our stay. Be sure will be back again for a longer holiday

Had a wonderful Mid Autumn Festival trip to Ahn Luh Zhujiajiao, we spent most of our time in the hotel, it is so peaceful, the service is impeccable, everyone is sincere and went out of their way for us. Especially Alisa our butler, she followed up on us throughout our stay, and even on her day off to make sure we were happy. Joann from housekeeping was also great, as she made sure we had everything we need in our room. Love the sweet soup they served at 5 pm everyday 😀Definitely will come back, because of this experience will visit the other 3 Ahn Luh Resorts in China

Our family of three recently stayed at Ahn Luh Zhujiajiao Shanghai. The overall experience was so great that I couldn't help but share it.
The hotel is located in the ancient town. The overall architectural style is antique and full of Chinese elegance. The environment is quiet and elegant, as if you have traveled back to ancient times in a second. It is very suitable for relaxation.
The rooms are decorated with great care, and every detail reflects quality and style. They have both traditional charm and are very comfortable. Our whole family likes this kind of atmosphere very much, especially when we bring our parents here, we all feel that it is very cultural.

The front desk butler service was very considerate throughout the stay. He answered all questions. The room was decorated for birthdays and children's toiletries were placed in advance. We chose the Zhujiajiao Ahn Luh Hotel from Ctrip's 2025 Luxury Hotel List. This hotel has unique features from the outside, with ancient Hui-style architecture and only more than 30 rooms. However, we were very satisfied with the whole experience, especially the manager Audrey Tao at the front desk, who was very attentive and professional. She answered questions related to the hotel and also made suggestions for dinner choices for us. We tasted Ahn Luh's special dinner. We were very satisfied with this trip. The SPA project recommended by Audrey was also super good. We experienced an authentic Thai spa in a Chinese hotel. We will choose this hotel next time. Recommended
