Location is great. That's it. Its cheap but not worth it. Hear the train all night. Rooms seem very old and beaten up.

If you are used to traveling in China, the room is just about acceptable. It was a Chinese student dormitory-level room, far from as clean as the photos on the website.
The website says the rooms are on the 16th, 19th, and 29th floors, but in reality they are on the 3rd to 30th floors, so we were assigned a room on the 10th floor.
The noise from lines 3 and 4 is loud, so if you are not used to it, it is best to avoid it.
We stayed for 4 nights and the towels were never changed, and the elevator to the entrance on the 2nd floor was broken both going up and down, so it was difficult to carry our luggage.
It was convenient that it was close to Exit 10 of Zhongshan Park.
