The service is bad (racism) with foreigners , the room’s quality are not as in the pictures

I stayed for 5 days and they arranged for a cleaner to come every day to help with the cleaning.
Although the room was quite small, especially the toilet, the toilet was not very hygienic, everything else was fine. Thank you for your help and care!

Stayed here with my girlfriend for 2 and half weeks. Very close to a mall and the public transport, very easy to get around, very big room. Perfect all around for a budget hotel

This is an apartment service, not strictly a hotel, so they don’t offer water, tea, or things of that sort other than slippers. Instead you have a washing machine in your suite, and lots of storage space. The water is extremely hot but that’s good for most people. Staff is generally helpful and the location is good. Close to the train. Recommended.

Very unhygienic and dirty. Saw a small cockroach in the bathroom. No amenities in the room. No free bottles of water, or tea and coffee, no hangers to hang clothes in wardrobe, no soap for washing hands. Nightmare experience.

I lived in many hotels in Shanghai. This is one with the best price, size of room and type of accommodation as an apartment. Recommend it!
