Nice hotel with perfect location, just a 5 minutes walk from Yuyuan Garden. However, soundproof could use some upgrades.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the facilities. The amenities were lacking, and the room wasn't as clean as I expected. However, the location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. If the hotel could improve its facilities, it would be a much better experience.

Good location with acceptable service. Don’t expect much for a standard room for 2 pax. Walking distance to the bund and next to the metro.

Great location, can see the 东方明珠 straight outside the hotel. Superb location - can get to the metro station in 1 minute walk from the hotel lobby

Clean room with daily housekeeping. No doubt is a non-smoking hotel, there's guests continued to smoke within the hotel premises even though "no smoking" notices are placed. The management may want to look into this.
Breakfast was average. Allowed to take away for those in a hurry.

The location is the best as the metro is just beside the hotel. Free laundry service is great but only 2 washing machines and 2 dryer which take a long time to wash and dry your clothes. The breakfast is almost the same for 2 days and not many choices, if you just wanted to eat something then it’s fine, the restaurant for breakfast is a bit small that I have to eat my breakfast at the lobby.
