pretty good room. I was able to check in in advance. It is far away from the bund but close to pudong airport and disney. The room was great. the bath pretty good. The view was bad. I mean 1st floor view on the parking....

Such a beautiful and peaceful place for an enjoyable start to my family vacation, the staff are so lovely and the in site facilities include so many amenities that there's very little reason to venture out unless you desire, the onsite restraunts and spas are the perfect place to unwind and the included balconies in the room are prefect for that extra bit of relaxation. such a perfect hotel I will definitely be back!!!!

Oh wow! What a stunning property. We have not been disappointed choosing a hotel close to the Shanghai international airport for ease of access. We had only one night here sadly but the amenities are fabulous and the staff were welcoming and check in was quick and painless. There are some little food stores open late for the late arrivals offering delicious meals. Very spacious room and comfy beds.

The hotel provides very nice breakfast and they upgrade our room type to the premium one without charging us. The toilets are big and clean. Remember to contact them before when you arrive at airport cause they are providing free airport shuttle service.

The location is far from the airport but it's convenient because of the hotel shuttle bus.
The room was clean, big, convenient enough for three, very cute decorated room.

I think the food is normal. The hotel room is quite big. If you have midnight flight can consider this hotel because it has transport send you to the hotel from airport.
