The toilet is leaking, the water is yellow when you first use it, you have to wait for a long time to take a shower, the toilet door cuts your flesh and makes your hands bleed, the front desk service is ok, but all the feedbacks are told to tell the store manager tomorrow, which means I won't take care of it today

The room I booked temporarily for an exam nearby was probably partitioned off, rather cold and gloomy, with very simple facilities, suitable only for a short stay. The advantage is that the front desk lady has a good service attitude

It was noisy and the room was so small that I couldn't even put a suitcase in it. Especially the sound of cars loading and unloading downstairs 24 hours a day, I couldn't sleep at all. I have lived in hotels for several years and have never encountered such a bad experience.

第一次入住這家酒店，前台小姐姐服務熱情周到，房間舒適乾淨衞生，地理位置也好，離11號線地鐵站走路3分鐘左右，交通便利，樓下有各色小吃，早餐，中餐，晚餐，很方便，對面是萬達廣場，沒事的時候也可以去溜達一圈，裏面什麼都有，總體感覺還是很不錯的。
